I came to Divine Wellness after my psychiatrist recommended ketamine treatments to help with my depression, anxiety, and PTSD symptoms. I was skeptical being that no medications seemed to help over the course of 20+ years. Beginning the treatments, I was excited and hopeful. The first and second treatments were initially beneficial but the effects wore off very soon afterwards. The third and subsequent treatments were amazing and I am so thankful that I stuck with it because they have helped to change my mindset and see my situation in a completely different way. They have helped me to become detached from the trauma I’ve experienced and it no longer defines me. I no longer relive it when I talk about it. I feel like I’m me again. The me that was so promising 20 years ago. The me that was excited about life and the possibilities it offered. I no longer have suicide ideation. I have discovered my reason to keep going and I have hope again. I have completed my six rounds and I don’t know how long the benefits will last, but I don’t know that anything could change my mindset back to what it was. I believe that everything I have been through has helped me become stronger. I no longer believe that I am being kicked while I am down, I am getting stronger with every new blow. Linda is absolutely amazing and I am so thankful to have had her along with me on my journey to healing. She is so empathetic and truly wants to see you heal. I felt completely comfortable with her and she made the experience feel so safe and secure. I’m so thankful to have found her and trust her 100%. I have absolutely no regrets about doing the ketamine treatments and honestly believe they have helped me to see my experiences as a blessing in disguise and now I have the opportunity to create the life that will make me happy. I am excited to see what the future holds for me and wouldn’t change this experience for anything. I won’t say they are life changing, because the change is up to me, but they have helped to change my mindset so I can now change my life. I feel like the possibilities for me are endless!
