Incompetent. Wrote a demand letter filled with errors including details from an unrelated matter. Does not do her research. Avoid

If I could give a zero star. Very unresponsive. She’s been working on a case for us for over a year and suddenly she stopped responding to calls, text or emails. Worst part is she’s been paid her full fees. If unreliable and unprofessional was a person that will be Jill. Treat your clients right.
