I have known Attorney Phillips for almost 2 decades and have worked with her on numerous issues. I can say she is the most detail-oriented and caring attorney I have ever known.

If I could give a zero star. Very unresponsive. She’s been working on a case for us for over a year and suddenly she stopped responding to calls, text or emails. Worst part is she’s been paid her full fees. If unreliable and unprofessional was a person that will be Jill. Treat your clients right.
