We celebrated my son’s 4th birthday at Little Einstein and the service was impressive! Staff is extremely helpful! Beautiful setup and very spacious! Kids had a blast and enjoyed a movie theatre room, which is a nice feature for older kids. My son was the happiest birthday boy and we are very grateful for this amazing experience! Bev extremely unprofessional and she is a very frequent liar. She told me one thing and told management another when i complained. My daughter came home with a chip tooth one day and she said perhaps it happened at home despite then fact that she was sent to daycare with her teeth in tact. I removed my daughter after i saw the teacher be extremely aggressive with another child. These people are here for a pay check not the love of the children. I have a few friends whose kids still go there and they complain so much, a lot of them are looking to move their children but it is difficult as many centre's have waitlist. I have never been so disgusted with a child care facility. I have horror stories for days. Moved my daughter at the first opportunity i got and i do not regret it. We highly recommend Little Einstein. Teachers and staff are qualified and caring and update the parents daily with pictures and communication. When we first sent out son to this daycare we were very satisfied. While he was nervous and quiet the staff were accommodating, engaging and regularly provided reliable feedback regarding his progress. Not long after though there began to be staffing changes. It seemed to us that the really good staff were leaving for a number of reasons, we regularly heard staff complaining about one of the managers. It started to become clear that we were being provided with information that wasn't true. As an example our son is a picky eater, we were getting reports that he ate all his lunch from one staff member but we knew there was no way he would eat what was served that day. The pictures taken clearly showed him not eating his food. Eventually we received confirmation from other staff that he was not eating. More and more we started to see reports that just didn't make sense but with the difficulty in finding daycare we didn't do much about it. From time to time we would pick up our son and see management engaged in screaming matches with other parents. We always dismissed it because our son appeared to be happy and we thought parents can get heated about their kids. One day we had a big incident, I received a phone call that there had been an incident but everything was okay. Our son fell and had a bit of a nose bleed but they took care of him immediately. They advised that they checked his teeth and things were okay. We were in a position to pick him up early so we did. When we spoke to a different person on pick up we advised that they weren't enough staff in the room and they couldn't get to him right away. They also advised that they did not check his teeth because they were qualified to do that. We had noticed his clothes had been changed. When we got home and opened his clothes, and bedding we were mortified. We could have sold this stuff as set materials for Dexter. It was apparent it was not a small nose bleed and that he spent some time by himself in his bed before anyone got to him. We further inspected and found that his teeth were loose and his gums were swollen. We immediately took him to both his pediatrician and pediatric dentist. We were asked for more details on the incident that we didn't know. We followed up with the daycare to see video footage of the incident. That request turned into a complete circus with every excuse under the sun as to why we couldn't see the footage, including that it would cost money, a technician would need to come in and do it. We were told they watched the footage and it's fine but we couldn't see. Ultimately it became an issue of trust that had eroded. Overall this is an impressive looking daycare that is operated by people who either don't have the experience and/or are unqualified. Our experience is also that they are disingenuous. Case in point, there are several 5 star reviews for the daycare by individuals with the exact same last name as the Owner. An inspection of the daycare around the time of the incident indicates they were not maintaining required staff to child ratios. Additionally, we found that there is likely an owner connection with the Bradford Children's Academy, check out the details of their January 23, 2019. Less

My son has been attending the centre since he was 11 months old. The staff have always treated him like their own child. He loves all the different programs he has the opportunity to participate in. Their curriculum is based off both Montessori and free play and we SEE the results. Honestly, this daycare is a salvation. Its like a second home to our son and we couldn't be happier. Really Great staff, went on a virtual tour with a teacher and met the on site cook and teacher of the Toddler room. Very informative. My questions are answered really quickly. My daughter met the supervisor and her teacher last week and is starting next week and she is very excited!

Our son went there and they create a good culture for the children to create solid friendships. He was kept stimulated while he was there and we had lots of work to bring home which was great to see. We were also kept up to date with pictures through their app. Communication has been good too.

I have to give them more than 5 stars. Because the teachers and supervisor and the office staff's are amazing. My son was very active. The teachers and all staffs are very kind with him. Supervisor always say to me don't worry about him, we will take care . Its a safety place to learn play and explore.

From.a kids perspective they have an exciting indoor playground which my child loved Especially on days when the weather isnt great. We transitioned from another daycre before little Einsteins and I saw a difference in my child. He was so happy going to school each morning. Keep up the good work guys! Less

This is an amazing facility for kids! The staff is very dedicates to education and warmth. Always clean, concerns and questions always addressed. Love it, thanks for taking such good care of my kid!

My daughter enjoys coming to daycare. She likes the teachers and has had no problems here. The teachers work hard along side the children for an exciting day. Would recommend anyone to come in and take a peek! lovely center and loving staff make a mother's mind at ease.

I recommend little Einstein Education Centre its very good place, the workers are very friendly and has a super clean environment. My twins really love it there and I’m so happy that my kids are enjoying the preschool here. They do lots of learning and lots of fun and cool art crafts. Great job:)

I toured this facility today! Was very impressed! Brand new, sparkling clean facility! Large grassy play area. Staff are very kind and friendly!

Super impressed with this brand new facility! Bright, spacious, amazing staff and I absolutely love the indoor playground, especially for rainy days and cold winters. Any kid will love it here - with different education approaches including montessory and French classes, a cinema room, a library room, on-site cooks! I want to be a kid again :)

I went to their open house last week. It’s a new daycare/educational centre and great addition to the neighbourhood my family members live in. Wish you guys all the best ! . Haven’t seen such an advanced and beautifully designed daycare. They have their own indoor playground, park....and much, much more.
