Koala roofing has had three different guys come out to our house three times to “fix” a leak that we’ve had in the same spot all three times. Well a few months later and we have the same leak. Koala has not made any effort to come out again or even call us back to see what needs to be done. We had another company come out only to find out that koala has been patching things up instead of fixing it the right way. I really wanted just to let everyone know, if you're considering having your roof replaced or repaired, Koala Roofing and their team are exceptional! Philip was available throughout the job and was on site several times to inspect the work and answer any questions or concerns. Tiffany was always available just a phone call away with scheduling and the specifics about my job. I am one of those homeowners that likes to be present during contract work to be present and observe the whole process. While getting a roof repaired makes that next to impossible. But Koala Roofing uses a drone for a constant feed of images throughout the process for the homeowner to see them at work and updates throughout the day. The roofers were respectful, professional, and diligently worked on my home and we're finished within two days! And clean up afterwards was thorough I've had several projects done on my home recently and this project with Koala Roofing was flawless. Had my roof replaced last fall and 8 months later the flashing around the chimney is falling out past the siding, drip edge corners are coming away from house and roof shingles have the clear plastic covering coming out from under a few shingles where the roofers did not fully pull the backing off the seal strip on the shingles. I paid for an Atlas shingle complete install which they said they co... More

I paid for an Atlas shingle complete install which they said they could do so I would get the transferable warranty only to find out from Atlas that they did not install the shingle to their standards and Koala Roofing was not a certified installer. Check the Better Business Bureau and cross reference the other company name they were using prior to Koala Roofing. Less

He went up on the roof and credibly discussed things with the adjuster. Then it was time for the color to be chosen. I was given answers to all my questions about "reflectivity" and other technical issues, etc and there was no pressure to make a choice quickly. I am happy I had the time to think things through. The day of the installation came and the crew was here bight and early and worked diligently all day. They were friendly, very personable, and hard working...and they did a beautiful job.
