We recently took our vehicle into 911 Automotive and Tire as the Service Engine light was on and our children were about to take their driver's tests. We needed to ensure the problem was resolved; as well as get an oil change. Before an appointment was even scheduled, George had a preliminary call to get some information including make & model and what we were experiencing with the car. He was sure to tell us that the oil change would be a little higher as he'd have to bring in a specific product; and made sure to let us know there are known issues when doing the change that could cause further problems...and asked if we still wanted to go ahead, we did. Once the vehicle was at the shop, before any work was done, George would call to let us know what they found and get an ok to do the work. When George finally thought the issue was resolved, he told us to pick up the vehicle, drive it for the weekend and bring it back if we found any other issues. This outstanding service has made us customers for life. We can't thank George and team at 911 Automotive enough for really taking the time to understand & correct the problem.
