After a rainstorm, I contacted them at 8 am in the morning because of the water in my closet. They were at my house at 10 am with thermal cameras, dryers, and dehumidifiers. They came back every day for 3 days to check on the progress of the drying. They were completely professional and cleaned up after themselves.
