Dr Adam has been helping me manage pain in my back, neck and shoulders for the past few years, with great results. I now visit the practice about once or twice a month for a tune-up depending on how physical my schedule has been. Super happy and would definitely recommend you visit for a consultation. He's also just a great guy to boot!

The clinic offers $5 discount for reviews, I did not participate in that offer. I started seeing Adam after two MVAās in which I was injured and because I live with fibromyalgia. The reason I chose him is because I am a childhood trauma survivor and his website said he is trauma informed which should signal to a trauma survivor a safe place. It is true, Adam understands Neuro development and how a persons system responds to stress. Unfortunately trauma informed is a popular marketing tool these days and there is no standard for the terms use and important things that should be covered in trauma informed care, professional boundaries, duty of care, nonmaleficence and putting the needs of client first can be lacking. Being trauma informed should also include not repeating the same patterns and behaviours that wounded the traumatized client in the first place. One hopes a trauma informed practitioner is doing their own work, able to self reflect and not leak their personal baggage onto the client. At first Adam seemed great, compassionate, sensitive and warm but I came to learn it was only charm or persona and the only person he is concerned with is himself. I had informed Adam that I was leaving a chiropractor I had been working with for six months because he was bringing into session his personal conflicts and asking my advice. It was evident that I was in vulnerable because post MVA I began having emotional disregulation after a long period of being stable . I also experienced the death of my beloved dog while seeing Adam and had been in tears in his office as a result. Body work helps to regulate me so he saw with his own eyes that I was in a vulnerable place I had also voiced in when I informed him I was a trauma survivor and was looking for trauma informed care. Adams personal trauma, challenges and relationships kept coming into my treatments. I was also receiving advice about my therapy, that I should no longer be in therapy which is a field Adam isnāt trained in. This is a blurry line for someone with trauma. I gently informed him that it was happening in the hopes he would self reflect. What actually ensued was he panicked, I received an onslaught of text messages divulging more, including he doesnāt like to work with chronic pain because the people are too needy. He theb terminated our working together, through text, on the day of our next appointment. He did not provide referral or support to find new care, he just terminated over text. My response was to inform him of how I felt, this went in acknowledged. There was no regard for myself or the impact. I followed up with a hand written letter providing a deeper explanation of how I felt and the impact, including that he was seeing me on a protected basis (deal with lawyer) after a denied OCF 18 and that his terminating left me without the ability to access care. This too went in acknowledged. In one final attempt, I texted him again requesting a referral. A week later (a month after termination) I receive an email with the name of two chiropractors that I could see. Again, no consideration for the fact he was seeing me on a protected basis and that I donāt have that arrangement with the chiropractors he named. Again no acknowledgement of the the impact, how I feel or an apology. I experience this as dismissive, apologizing is an important piece when one has misstepped, especially when youāve hurt someone. Iāve read the code of ethics for Chiropractors operating in Ontario and the code of conduct states, ā A patient, having been accepted, should never be abandoned without due regard for a patientās welfare. Sufficient notice of withdrawal should be given to permit the patient to secure another practitioner. Unfortunately the code of conduct makes no mention of professional boundaries and divulging ones personal life struggles to a client, though it really should. In the end it is clear to me that simply understanding neuroscience is not enough to make a practitioner trauma informed. I found being in Adams care harmful. Less

I don't know why I waited so long to see him, especially since I have extended health benefits. He knew exactly how to address some severe foot pain I have been experiencing on and off for over 10 years. It is now 7 hours post treatment and my foot is still tingling with relief. Don't suffer-- go see Dr. Adam! Less
Thereās no better Chiropractor. Dr. Adam is a skilled practitioner and gifted healer.
I have been seeing Adam for more than 10 years, he has been a tremendous help in helping me recover from various accidents over the years. He is always positive and will spend the time to help you.
I started seeing Adam 12 years ago. He has a great bedside manner and is clearly passionate about his work. Anytime any part of my body gets a bit tweaked I head over for an adjustment and feel better within a day or two. A true professional.

Dr. Adam Bletsoe is a caring and skilled chiropractor. I have had the pleasure of being both a colleague and a patient of his. He follows the mantra of treating the individual that presents in front of him, whether they need one joint or muscle worked on or a more holistic full body approach. People just get better by being around his great energy. - Aleks, Registered Physiotherapist
If you are in search of a wonderful chiropractor look no further! Aside from being a professional he is kind compassionate and understanding! I strongly encourage you to join his patient list.
Dr Adam Bletsoe is an inspiring practitioner that brings his extensive mind-body knowledge into his practice to treat the whole person. HIs courses on mindfulness, chronic pain management, and The SELF Course have been instrumental on my journey of recovery. Thank you.

Heās helped me align and strengthen my body in areas far more than my spine ā for example foot strengthening exercises to get me back running. Heās an expert in anatomy and human behaviour, and how those two if not in alignment, can cause painā¦.and more importantly how to get out of that pain. More recently, I became a participant in Adamās The Self Course. And if possible, Iām even more impressed! The journey he took us on to understand our past, our strengths, then moving in to our desires, values and intentions was magical. The biggest difference in The Self Course from other self-understanding courses Iāve taken is the introduction of the Next Purposeful Action ā this is where the ah-haās shone bright for me. This will allow me the power to be committed to taking small, sustainable steps toward living my dream life. Adam was supportive and accessible to everyone in the class ā even while we were taking the class remotely during social distancing (i.e., Zoom & Facebook). The Self Course is truly valuable in helping me undertake some major life changes. Less
Dr. Bletsoe is a compassionate, intuitive and incredibly gifted practitioner. I have been a client for several years and Dr. Bletsoe has been a life saver regarding pain management. He's not your typical practitioner either. Dr. Adam understands the mind body connection and is willing to give you tough love when you need it. I would give Dr. Adam a 15/10 if I could.
It is always a pleasure to take one of Adamās mindfulness courses. He is always kind, caring and insightful.

Dr. Adam treats the person holistically. He connects the mind and body and helps you set small goals on your path to wellness. Highly recommend this Chiropractor
I highly recommend Adam if you are considering Chiropractic care. He takes the time to assess each patient's individual needs and his Chiropractic technique is "spot on". Adam's warm and friendly personality makes each visit a pleasurable experience.
Dr. Adam diagnosis is 100% and the treatment works immediately. Trust his knowledge and advice, use his suggestions to prevent injuries and adjust my workouts. I highly recommend Dr. Adam and his clinic staff.

Dr. Bletsoe's practice is by far the best out of the 3 other chiropractors I've been to. Very welcoming, knowledgeable, and charismatic! Any questions or concerns you may have regarding aches, pains or even stress management; he will give you a great explanation and how to correct it.
Great treatment, fixed my issues quickly and gave me info to stop it from recurring
First review ever. Why now? Everyone should know how talented Dr. Bletsoe is. I've seen many Chiropractors over the years, but Adam has his adjusting techniques down to a precision craft. He also has helped me learn techniques to centre "my overall well-being". We never stop learning and as amazing as Adam is, his adjusting skill continues to be refined.
I realized that many of my emotions, stress, anxiety is a reaction to other peoples choices, decisions and actions. I can choose to react kindly and with compassion to others as well as myself.

I've been going to Dr. Adam Bletsoe for chiropractic treatment for a few years now. I was hesitant at first, as I didnāt have the best history with chiropractors - but he came highly recommended and I quickly realized why right into my first session. His professionalism and warm personality together with his determination to fix whatever is ailing you is his winning combination! I had a major issue this last week, waking up in screaming pain at 2am every night and it took just 1 session with Dr. Adam to bring enormous and almost miraculous relief! I would give him a million stars if I could, but 5 will have to do! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Adam. Less
