They did a great job of get the car out of the yard and towing to my house . Even though Sandy's wouldn't even get out of his truck to even look at the situation and said he wouldn't do it unless it was on pavement. So I give hollis towing 5 stars. We donated my husbands truck which was picked up today. Robin called approximately 40 minutes before we expected 😊 and was here in 10 minutes. We were very impressed by her professionalism as well as the way she handled the pickup physically. She could not have been nicer. Hats off to Robin today she did a great job!

They deserve more than 5 stars with my breakdown 120 miles from home. I initially was told it would be 90 to 120mins before a truck would be available, but it was less than an hour when my truck was on the bed of the tow truck and headed home. Driver was awesome in every way and trip home was without incident. Thank you for a job extremely well done.

My car had broke down/mild wreck, I called for a tow. They accepted payment on 2 separate cards, and after getting my car he took the time to show me what happened. I reached out to Hollis Towing to assist with towing my son-in-law car to Grismer Tire on Woodman. I was a little skeptical at first because they did not have a phone number to call and that you had to submit a request via email and someone would get back with you. Previous experiences with other companies was a nightmare, but this time it was amazing. I received a call back with 20-30 minutes and I explained the issue to the gentleman and he was able to take care of me over the phone and stated that he would send someone out first thing in the morning and if they had any issues that they would contact me directly. The next morning they were there to pick up the car on time and dropped it off at Grismer without any issues. The tow seemed a little pricey just coming from their location to the location of the car was 6 minutes, but things may have changed since the last time I had a car towed over 20 years ago...lol, but the customer service was amazing, simply amazing. This was my first time using Hollis and I will never go anywhere else. Especially with the company having three different locations. I highly recommend Hollis to everyone. Less

The tow driver (Vern) was extremely knowledgeable and handled my vehicle with kid gloves. The vehicle was locked and unable to be put in neutral. Vern was patient and explained the process of towing without the wheels turning potentially damaging the transmission. Price was well worth it. My anxiety was relieved. It was a busy tow day because they coukd not come to pick up the car for two hours. I was able to leave the key fob with the car, and get a ride home. The driver accidentally left the interior light on all night but the tire change place was able to start and fix the tire.

My daughter’s car would not start. Hollis Towing came out to tow her car due to the fact it was not a battery issue. The gentleman was able to get her car started and charged me nothing for his time. My driver Michael Ward called me around 1pm stating he would be there to get my car at 4pm. Never showed up and turned his phone off, the office told me they couldn't do anything about it.
Way way overpriced they had my bike less than 12 hours and still cost me $250 I know everybody's got to make their money but how can they sleep at night

The tow truck guy who came and towed my truck was very nice and even helped me figure out what was wrong with my truck and had suggestions on where I should take it to get it fixed... He also waited for 30 minutes while i waited for my boyfriend to bring the money for the tow...

Called Hollis for a tow on my car. When Mike showed up i explained to him it was not going into any gear. So before he went to hook up the car he got down under the car and got it going with out needing to hook it up. I could not ask for better customer service. Mike was excellent. If i ever have a problem again they will be the first place i call
Supposedly showed up with a vehicle roughly 3 hours late. Left 2 voicemails within 2 minutes of each other. Then proceeded to impound vehicle at their lot, and at 5:30 pm no one knows anything else because it's "after hours". Terrible, just terrible.

Quick and effective towing service
Email about towing service on Monday for a quote. Was given a number to call. Called today and was told it would be 90 minutes. No one came so I called back after 2 hours and was told they had no record of the call or request for a tow. I would not recommend at all.
My car battery went out about a week ago. I needed to tow it to a shop, to get it fixed. Called Hollis and the lady on the phone was very pleasant. Truck driver came shortly after, also kind and professional. Will definitely use them again!
I had a box truck towed. Driver was punctual, knowledgeable, quickly hooked up and professionally drove thereafter. Great service. What I assumed would be a headache of an afternoon turned into little more than an inconvenience when my box truck broke down. They got me off the highway and where I needed to go.

Never had a tow truck driver come up and introduce himself, shake my hand and ask me what happened. Such a pleasant personality during the situation I was facing was so helpful. Drop me off at the automotive place which was also awesome insisted on taking me back to my motel. Key wouldn't open the door he refused to leave until I got a new key and he saw me walk inside. So five stars for Hollis Towing B&D Automotive. Driver was extremely rude and it was a rip off. I usually judge companies off of reviews. I made a mistake choosing this company and don't want you to soothe same. Please reconsider your thoughts on what towing company you choose. FYI this company called me from Sandy towing on my cell phone, so I'm sure they're the same companie. Beware of those two names.

This wasn't an easy assignment but we were treated to Beau who was fighting a cold but braved it and got us going. He unfortunately had to drop the drive line because of how the truck was parked but he took care of it all. Great service and a friendly guy. Definitely use!

I was told a tow truck should arrive, "within the hour." When I called back an hour and twenty minutes later, I was told "he's en route to you, now... give it another 15-20 minutes." He did arrive after an hour and forty minutes - the driver was super nice, professional, and quick. Cost was reasonable, as well.

My experience was great! My car cut off on me on the highway. I was scared. I used Siri and she pulled up several Towing businesses. Hollis had a 5 star rating so I called. Receptionist was professional and kind! When the tow truck driver arrived he was kind as well. I really appreciate it, it kind of put me at ease! I can say how thankful I am!
