We found Americare SV online and were quite impressed with their process of interviewing the right caregiver, finding a backup caregiver when needed, and assigning just the right person for our needs. Torri was assigned to our family and she has been a shining star! Torri makes sure my mother-in-law gets outside for walks and sunshine everyday, she is energetic, and thoughtful. Torri also caught a medication error and prevented a possible harmful situation, by bringing it to our attention right away! We are fortunate to have Torri!
