They fully explained all they would be doing, and got right to it. Our clothes dyer vent was really clogged, and they cleaned it out thoroughly. HVAC Technologies was prepared to clean all 3 stories of our house. Due to previous pest infestation their camera discovered numerous holes in our ducts requiring replacement rather than cleaning of the 1st & 2nd floors.
