Excellent job, again!

I cannot say enough about the quality work and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them for detailing your vehicle.

Vehicle had a better smell to it I guess and was a little cleaner but essentially the same. For $195 dollars I would have expected it to be a legit cleaning but it is what it is won’t use again

They did a wonderful job on our SUV this morning. It took about an hour and the gentlemen were very polite and courteous. I would recommend them!

Paid $200 for an interior detail and am very disappointed. The guy showed up an hour and a half late and only spent one hour on the car. He didn’t even clean under the seats or in the sides of the doors and didn’t remove any of the dog hair. Really unacceptable and unprofessional.

I paid for a “Gold Full Detail,” which was supposed to include “wash, wax, wheels and tires, wheel wells, barrels of the wheels, windows, vacuum, shampoo carpets and seats, wipe down interior vinyl/ trim/ plastics, clean doors and door jams, condition leather, and steam clean interior.” While they cleaned and vacuumed my car, they also missed a lot of spots and were not thorough (see photos). There were grease spots on the window and something that had spattered on the dash was not wiped down. The seats looked like they had been vacuumed, but not washed or steam cleaned. Many spots on the exterior paint were missed. The console and the trunk were skipped entirely. I complained and they politely offered to come touch it up the next week. They addressed some of the areas I had pointed out, but missed others. You can get a car wash + vac from Anthony’s for $75. I think I got more than that, but not $175 more. They do come to you, so perhaps some people would pay extra for the convenience. I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and won’t be using them again. Less

John at Bright Car did a fabulous job on our 4runner. Made it look new again. John stayed late and dodged rain showers to make sure it was done right.

They were about 30 min late, which was not an issue at all except they also used much less time than estimated at the beginning and could have used that extra time to get some details that were missed

Billy came to clean my daughter’s car today and did a top notch job. The car is all fabric interior and really dirty. So impressed in how well he cleaned the inside and out.

They rescheduled me 3 times. Once the generator wasn’t working, second it was raining for a bit, third they thought it’d rain but was sunny. Then thought 10% off was a decent apology. Waited over a month for nothing. Thanks guys.

Please don’t bother with this company if you’re looking for a true detail- they use a portable bissell machine and a brush not an actual professional steam cleaner machine. I still have crumbs and trapped substances in the crevices of my seat. The mirrors inside of my car still dirty, and stains etc. the job that was done wasn’t worth more than 30$.They literally have no attention to detail. Had my interior done, which included a complete shampoo, and these are the results. Looks exactly like what I started with, this situation still has not been corrected by this company. Would not recommend them to any one!

Made appointment to have interior of car detailed (let Bruce know it was important when appointment made). He stayed in touch up to texting "10 minutes away" then we never heard from him again. We attempted calling and texting, no response for over 30 minutes then told appointment could not be made since it could not be completed before dark. Taking business elsewhere.

This was my first experience with Bright Mobile Detail and my last. I will be the first to admit that I am picky, but my experience would probably surprise anyone getting their vehicle detailed. When I asked Mr. Bright about their process of washing vehicles he told me they used the two bucket method, cleaned wheel wells, used brushes on the exterior emblems and cleaned the barrels of the wheels. This sounded impressive to me so I scheduled them to clean my vehicle on 10/8/2021. When he texted me to tell me they were done I walk to my vehicle and immediately notice that the barrels of the wheels had not been done and when I opened the door I see that the door jambs had not been cleaned. I told them about the wheels and the door jambs and they agreed to clean those. After they finished that I went to look at the finished product and at first glance in the shade it looked clean. After they left and I moved my vehicle into the sun, I noticed that none of the emblems had been "brushed" clean and the the wheel wells were still very dirty. There are other nooks and crannies that they didn't pay attention to either (see pics). For $150 I expected a very professional cleaning with great attention to detail, but I am very disappointed to say the least. Less

She did a fantastic job! I'm afraid that I didn't catch her name, but the young lady spent hours working hard cleaning a car that would be nice to call a disaster. (It was sitting with no weatherproofing for 3 years). There were a few things that were just too damaged to salvage, but everything possible was cleaned fantastically. These guys are top notch. I feel like I have a new car. My car was in bad shape after not driving it for a long time not to mention it had gotten rain in and had some extensive mold, but Bruce came in and made a plan of attack and now my car is fresh and safe. This was suppose to be a DETAILING for $75. However, it was merely a vacuum, wash and wipe. I get about the same treatment when I drive it through the car wash at the service station....for FREE!
