I really sprained, strained or tore muscle and fascia in my right leg while kicking an oversized exercise ball for our border collie. The damage I incurred to muscle and fascia will take several visits to remedy but finally I can get a reasonable nights rest and see that there is an end in sight with steady improvement each visit. I often have problems with my hips and joints and Beth always knows exactly what to do. I would rather not eat than miss an appointment, she's that good!
