The BEST gym in Paddington! I have trained here for more than 7 months. My strength has been improving a lot with the help of the WTF team🏋️♀️. I can't believe that I can reach this level! Highly recommended!

I have been coming here for just over 6 months, and find the staff and other clients to be very inclusive and laid back. It was such an easy gym to slot into. Tristan has set it up so you have so many class types and combos to choose from, it’ll suit anyone.
Highly recommend WTF. It’s a great community of trainers & members who are always very positive and motivating.
Witness the Fitness is fantastic! They have a great team full of nice knowledgeable people. I only was a member for a short period of time but in my experience I learnt so much to help get me started on the road to recovery. I wish I could afford to keep going here. I definitely recommend them for anyone needing a place to go where you will be motivated and be surround by nice people.

We just walked in to do InBody scans with PT Adriel. It was quick with friendly PT. But, book online or text him before going there as what he recommended for next time.

Great PT Studio right in the heart of Rosalie. Perfect mix of personalised program and social interaction with a great bunch of people. I joined to help with fitness for a specific sport and they were able to tailor a program to help with exactly that. Highly recommend these guys!
Such awesome staff and programs! I was feeling super self-conscious about turning up to Bootcamp for the first time but every one was so lovely. They offer so much help and encouragement!

I signed up with Witness the Fitness for a boot camp early this year and have been really impressed with the trainers and their knowledge. They have been great both in person and online advice /support and ultimately assisting me in achieving my personal goals. Each day is a different routine so it keeps it interesting.
