I have been going to Dr. Besso for about 3 months and have already seen significant improvement. About a year ago I developed daily visual distortion/fuzzy vision, vertigo ear fullness/ ringing, nausea, and brain fog/ fatigue. None of them could find an answer to my issues other than the fact that I had a history of several sports concussions (5+ years ago). Some of them were able to alleviate symptoms temporarily, but they always came back with a vengeance. Luckily I met someone who recommend me to Dr. Besso. I have only been going a couple months, but have had tremendous improvements in my symptoms where I am even starting to experience symptom free days. When I do experience symptoms they are so mild compared to when this first started. His approach to chiropractic care is so specialized to the upper cervical area and his adjustments are gentle and safe. I've had multiple neck and back issues since I was in a bad car accident as a teen. They were compounded by a very physical job. I cannot recommend Dr. Besso and his team more! I have had back problems since high school and therefore have gone to several different doctors and specialists in search or relief. I actually went to Dr. Besso 15 years ago before I moved out of state. When I moved back to NE Ohio I tried other places but ended up back at Dr. Besso’s (even though they are a 45 min drive). This is due to the fact that no other doctor in the area does the specific type of adjustments they provide. They are very gentle, however pack a punch when it comes to results. In 1981, I suffered a gunshot wound to the head. Surgery saved my life but it couldn’t repair the the full extent of the damage. After decades of chronic pain, I found Dr. Besso in 2014. I was skeptical but with nothing to lose, I “took a chance”. Wow!! I am so thankful I did. in ‘81 my life was saved and in 2014, Dr. Besso gave it back to me.

Later, hip pain started because my spinal alignment was 'off'. It was upper cervical adjustments that gave me the right correction to my spinal misalignment. Dr. Besso is a real creep. He fraduently requested equipment and has been utilizing it for over 5 months and has refused to pay for it or return the equipment. This is one of those low lifes that gives chiropractic a bad name! I have reported him to the state board for his dubious conduct.
