Assistance is always being offered relating to form and working on sections you may be able to improve. Questions are encouraged and always answered. Sessions or classes are structured to limit over-crowding, reservations are necessary in advance, and the apps Solid Gold utilizes (scheduling/workouts) are intuitive and simple to use. I was very shy of gyms; it took me two years to find a gym I felt comfortable going to. With great, positive and friendly energy from not only the coaches but other gym goers, I’ve had such a great experience!

CFSG is amazing! I have not kept a consistent workout routine for at least 6 years. CrossFit Solid Gold is so much more than just a “gym” for me. The people that I’ve met and get to workout with are the reason I keep coming back. The environment is friendly and fun! Everyday the workout is something different so you never get bored! Also, the coaches are amazing and are there to help you every step of the way! This place is amazing! No matter what your fitness level is everyone makes you feel loved and welcome. I have been to other gyms where no one talks to the new person and it is really intimidating. Again, that is not the case here. I absolutely LOVE it!

My kids and I love coming here. It's different from just going to a regular gym because everyone encourages you to progress no matter where you are starting at. I was a heavy lifter but couldn't run around the building without stopping. Now I can run and lift more than before. I'm very happy with my membership, the coaches and the owner!

Started with the gym at the beginning of January. The people were so welcoming and made me feel like my fitness journey was important to them. The have been a huge motivation keeping me involved and helping me meet my goals. I’m so happy I found them and that I’m now of the CFSG family.

Great workout place

Great atmosphere and very down to earth coaches and close nit family/friends. Love going here has been great for getting me off my butt and going out a doing more activities. One of the coaches (Josh) is great for motivation and pushing you to do your best and become a better, stronger athlete. Would definitely recommend trying Crossfit Solid Gold out !

Josh is awesome! He is working with my teenage son and he is making huge gains. He loves working out. Josh is always positive and teaches technique and fundamentals to do things the right way.

Excellent experience in starting CrossFit for the first time! Josh does a great job of working with you to perfect your technique. The WODs are always challenging, and will push you to your limits, but there is no judgement whatsoever from anyone in the gym. Everyone follows the motto of "Better Than You Were Yesterday", and makes it a great community!
