Ken is amazing!! Had a bad experience with another company, and even though Ken personally couldn't service the pool, he was super helpful, considerate and super friendly! 100% recommend him hands!!!

Clear water pool service closed my pool in 2018 and opened it up in 2019, I couldn't be more satisfied with owner Kenny Mazza and his crew. In the past 15 years my of having it opened never has it look as good as it looks this year not brown not green crystal clear. Thanks Kenny!!

Our 20+ year pool guy was unavailable for our pool closing. Ken was recommended through a friend. We were so pleased with the ease of appointment making, timeliness of the closing, and how well he serviced and closed our pool. Our subsequent opening that Spring revealed a job well done - water was nice and clean and needed minimal treatment.

Needed my heater replaced when it began to leak. I phoned Ken and he came the next morning. He bypassed the heater to keep the filter running and ordered a new heater to be installed. It arrived and he replaced the system just two days later. He says what he does and does what he says. A rare find In The service industry! Highly recommended.

About two months ago we went to close our pool but found out our ten year old safety cover was torn. We called several of the large pool companies only to be told it was the end of the season and we couldn't get a new cover. Then I contacted Ken at Clear Water Pools. Ken had a diver come out to me in Brooklyn to find a leak in our pool. He came out same day as requested. Leak was fixed in 10 minutes. Thank you!
ken was closing my pool and my partner that lives in Brooklyn call me about his pool having a leak he got right on it and send one of his guys to Brooklyn same day and fixed his problem right away my partner was ecstatic . ken company has done right by me opening and closing pool last 3 years and will never leave him.
