Since I haven't read a post about Jordan, I thought I would write one myself! Jordan is a very wonderful young man, and a great salesman, so Paramount, I think you're luck to have him on your team. This a a "pre" building review based only on Jordan, the team member, salesman, or associate, whichever term you'd prefer using. Jordan is extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the company's products, costs, and its range of services. He was able to give us as many discounts as the company would let him (which were quite a few). The final price to fix the things needed to quell my husband, was significantly lower than he thought! Jordan walked around the house, looking at the soffits, checking with a small flex hose camera for the intrusion of "critters" and reinspecting the work done by other companies, which he said had been well done. My husband's concerns were the holes in the diamond shaped screens in the soffits, many having been eaten through by squirrels and now inhabited by mud daubers, the gutters- constantly clogged-, and soffits themselves, which always needed painting. Jordan also checked for water in the other wood portions of our Norwegian brick home. Having had almost everything in our "speck" home redone with new windows, roof, solar attic vents, solar water heater, insulation, kitchen and bathrooms remodeled, there wasn't much we needed, or so I thought! Jordan was so polite and inventive when it came to discounts, we didn't even suffer from sticker shock! Of course it will take some time to pull permits and get the project completed and I'll try to make my review more succinct and not a tome, as my husband says! Thank you Jordan and Paramount!
