I tried to speak to the manager and the staff would answer and hang up immediately. The manager and owner isla told me today to “never call back” because I told her I was going to take my business elsewhere instead of try to fix the problem. Due to the lack of responsibility, they are always understaffed and cannot reschedule you within a timely manner nor do they take responsibility or try to compensate for the inconvenience. First time getting a massage. Loved my experience Alison was very knowledgeable.

My husband and I had a 30 minute relaxing massage at The Healing Touch and it was wonderful! We were sad when it ended. The two therapists were very in tune with what our bodies needed and we left there feeling relaxed. We are definitely ready to go back! Great experience!!

Came in on time for hour massage and massage ended after 37 minutes because the massage therapist said they had another appointment to get to, I was surprised and asked if it was over and they said yes, and blamed that that I came in “late” when I hadn’t! I treated myself to an 85 minute prenatal deep tissue massage. Sherri was fantastic. The only complaint I have is the smell or the lack of smell of the oil used. It was unpleasant and I left the spa smelling it all evening on myself. I have been to other spas and have never had this complained. Only reason I chose this spa was because of a referral from my midwife.

We had to sit separately in the waiting room to eat and drink because there was only one chair that fit two people which was taken (it didn't feel very special). We were put in a room that was clearly not typically for couples massage, our masseuse was vocalizing her unhappiness with the room. Then we were only given a 55 minute massage. Once we left the room the masseuse basically just said oops and sent us on our way. Way to ruin Valentine's Day Healing Touch. I was most disappointed because the massages were very good but the lack of customer service was not unacceptable. I called and asked for a manager on the Monday after and did not hear back by Wednesday. I then called on Wednesday and a day later still haven't heard back. My husband and I have gone to A Healing Touch several times and have always had a positive experience. The ambiance is always good, the facility is clean and the staff is courteous. Although the office is a little on the small side, you hardly notice once you are receiving your therapy. The best therapist at the spa, and my husband and I both agree, is Lindsey!
