Albert did a tremendous job for us. The insurance company was really not helping us with all the damage we sustained from Ian and Albert really stepped up. Was very disappointed. I had never dealt with a public adjuster before and I guess I expected someone to fight for my best interests. I had to do all the pushing and finally had to hire an attorney to get my claim settled almost 3 years after the initial incident. For what they did, they tried, but since this experience I have found other adjusters that offered more service.
