In August 2021, I started to have these prolonged headaches. In addition, I began noticing some unusual discomfort when these headaches occurred - it felt like someone was squeezing my brain. The pressure around my brain increased substantially over the next few months; I couldn't escape it. This led to unusual changes in my behavior - uncontrollable angry outbursts; major headaches that lasted for days; sleep deprivation; depression; a severe lack of emotional regulation; and a need to escape company or crowds in order to find relief. When I finally came in to do my brain scans with Dr. Sam, it was revealed my brain was operating at 21% optimal performance! Normal range for the average person: 80%. My trauma markers in the scans were terribly high. As a life coach and counselor who specializes in trauma recovery (and also a complex-trauma survivor), I immediately understood what was happening - my brain was frozen in a trauma response and couldn't break free. I began treatments for my condition right away. Over the course of six months, Dr. Sam and Dr. Lynn have helped me move closer to healing and restoring my severely traumatized brain back to optimal health and performance! The relief I feel is incredible! My anger is under control; my emotional self-regulation is restored; I'm calmer, less stressed, resting deeply at night, and am able to be with groups of people again without feeling the need to escape. Prior to seeing Dr Sam I had a metal like taste with anything I would eat or drink (post Covid symptoms). Dr. Lynn and Dr. Sam have been very dedicated to my care over the past 6 months. My son and I have felt very secure in their hands. In the many years of seeing practitioners, I’ve never felt this level of compassion and understanding. I was struggling with crippling anxiety that came with some psychotic features(it’s the nature of anxiety going untreated). I could barley walk into the office that first day 6 months ago. To explain how debilitated I was, my husband had to take off weeks of work to help me take care of the kids and day-to-day chores at home. I had to ask my mom to move in and couldn’t even drive my car...especially with kids in it. This all started in Jan 2021 when I had been fighting off infections/co-infections and was being treated with antibiotics (I have bad reactions). After my first apointment with Drs Lynn and Sam, I was able to go home and take a nap which hadn’t happened in months! Homeostasis was so bad I couldn’t lay down without my mind racing and physical symptoms creeping in. I then contracted COVID before my second appointment and suffered more symptoms. At my 2nd apointment they quickly treated my taste and smell (started coming back within a week after treatment), my Vegas nerve to bring anxiety down, and some other things to help with sleep. I had days where I thought maybe I felt a little worse, but then I would jump back and start to feel better. I started having good parts of each day which was not happening at all prior to treatment. After 3 or so weeks of treatments, I drove myself to an appointment (first time driving in 5 months)! I then found myself able to stay home without people around. I spent most the summer on a roller coaster of symptoms (including debilitating vertigo) but I knew they wouldn’t give up on me...I’ve been vertigo free for about 6 weeks now🙌🏽. Dr. Lynn coached me and helped work on the emotional/spiritual level to dig into deeper rooted issues. I learned how to meditate more effectively, the art of breath, and overall self care. After about 2.5 months of treatment, I was feeling pretty confident and able to start working again which I hadn’t done in about two years. I have never had an experience like this before as far as my healthcare is concerned. Since I am more stable now, I’ve been getting a lot of chiropractic from Dr. Sam and though I’ve experienced some negative symptoms from my body trying to realign itself, I am now finally reaping the benefits and feeling stronger than I have in a long while. I was very worried about this because I was not able to keep up with my job or something as simple as remembering a conversation with a colleague, friend, or family member. I highly recommend these folks. I've been adjusted and had my body worked on by a lot of people but was thoroughly impressed with their work. I know my two little girls are in good hands every time we see them.
Dr. Sam is a phenomenal chiropractor. His technique is gentle and effective and I can always tell the difference after an adjustment. He really knows his stuff, and could connect everything he’s doing to the neurology of the body. Highly recommend!

I went to Drs. Lynn and Sam with terrible headaches and problems sleeping. After being under their care my headaches are completely gone and I am sleeping though the night for the first time in many years! Their approach is so unique and gentle! I love it!
