I have had interactions with the owners...great experience. Jake that does outside work...great experience. Dropping off a truck for warranty work to the service dept...less then great. Overall....usually great experience.

My advice to you is if you’re Owner Operator or the truck isn’t under warranty please STAY AWAY FROM THOSE GUYS even if you’re doing an oil change or just sensor change they will always go under your truck come up with other stuff telling you you have to change this and that , I also recommended having hidden camera on your truck.

High prices and rude customer service. Volvo warranty means nothing to them as they ignore it. If you complain to Volvo head office they do nothing. Last Volvo i buy again.

The guy's where great , gave me a car to go get supper , the stinker was the truck was back in for the same problem as last week , apparently there was some confusion as what was really wrong with it , seems to be all fixed this time. Over all a great dealership to work with.
