The workout classes are very challenging, but the coaches do an excellent job at teaching the proper form with all techniques prior to the start, and they are very attentive at giving modifications as needed for each individual. Ironflag Fitness is an incredible place to work out. The coaches are fun, friendly, welcoming, and always encouraging. They also have an incredible nutrition program. I am down 12% body fat since doing their nutrition program. Highly recommend checking it out, ANY fitness level is welcome and encouraged.

In 6 months I gained 20 pounds of pure muscle and bested my fastest mile time by 45 seconds. Then I got side tracked by a shoulder injury and they have been very accommodating to help get me back on track. Great facility. Great staff. Great programming. 5 stars.

This place is great. I’m new to CrossFit and was afraid. They have an Elements class so you know what you are doing before you start. The coaches are so amazing, and the owners make it seem like they’ve known you forever. It definitely feels like a family here. The workouts are tough but the great members and coaches always make it fun. Such a supportive family, so happy I joined!

I dropped into Iron Flag this week and what a great workout! The 6:30 crew was welcoming and pushed me hard, thanks for the great workout partner Justin! Walk up stairs, etc. I started working out with the BEST trainer I have ever had, Guy Petruzzelli! He is a pro triathlete. I have been working out since I can remember. I LOVE weight lifting!!! And because of the arthritis (I thought) I could NEVER do a squat again. However, Guy taught me the correct way to do a squat. I recently did 6 sets of 200 pounds! I know I can do more! He did not want to push me too much. I was talking to another young woman at CrossFit, and she was running a 10 minute mile before working with Guy. She is now at 8:40 in a matter of two months running a 5K!!! I am blown away by Kelly who runs the place and ALL the instructors. However, I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED A TRAINER LIKE GUY!!! Less

I had no intention of ever being a CrossFitter. In fact, I used to tell people to be wary of doing CrossFit because I had only ever encountered bad boxes and heard about people getting injured while doing the sport. That is not the case with this gym. It is amazing! I have learned a lot and seen so much growth in my strength and endurance while working out here. I highly recommend it!

The trainers and members here are amazing. I love this place. I'm 46, started crossfit in February of 2017 and I haven't felt this good in a very long time. The continual support from Kelly, Melissa, and Jared has been such a positive experience. If you are reading this review, don't hesitate to check this place out!

This is a fantastic gym for all fitness levels. Their coaches are dedicated to ensuring all members get the most out of each workout with proper technique instruction that prevent injuries which can be common among CrossFit type workouts.

Feels great to be back at crossfit. Everyone here is very cool. Also it's a great deal. You get personal training every day and custom designed workouts for a fraction of what it would cost at your typical gym. I'm not really a camaraderie type of guy but the people here are very chill. Both coaches are CSCS certified with degrees in exercise science so they weren't just delivering pizzas two weeks before opening a CrossFit box.
