Before I started my BLS/ACLS recertifications with this company, I had to cancel twice due to some unforeseen events. Yoli was beyond patient and extremely accommodating along with being prompt and professional in all of her communication. Today, I attended my course and Nicole was our instructor. I have been a Firefighter/Paramedic For quite a long time and I would have to say this has been one of the most enjoyable recertification courses I have ever experienced. The information was well put together and perfectly explained and I was happy to leave with some new added knowledge for my profession. I liked that the classroom wasn't packed. They were professional and had plenty of equipment for everyone to have their own. I've given this company 5 starts because their trainer Brad M. was the most knowledgeable instructor I have ever had. It was refreshing to have an instructor who understood body mechanics, medication mechanics, and respiratory mechanics. Took the ACLS course with Brad and he was awesome. They had implemented covid precautions but it was still almost the same acts class I would normally take minus the megacode. He was very informative and precise (not like a textbook) and would give real life situations and solutions. I think that's why the class was so engaged. He answered all of our questions even if we didn't ask 😆 (if anyone had a confused look, he would go into the topic a little more). This was my first time coming here and I had an excellent experience. Brad was the instructor for my initial ACLS and renewal BLS. There is so much material to cover but he helped to point out the key information, so much so that I was able to pass on the first try only missing two questions! I enrolled for CPR/AED certification training with the Life Support Academy and was most impressed with the program! I feel confident and ready to take command of an incident should one arise. Took my renewal course here last week, Mike was a great instructor , he knew how to keep the course entertaining and was very knowledge able . They have classes consistently which was a problem i ran into WITH other companies , they had very few days avalible to offer the course well NOT life support academy and its also reasonably priced . I recently went for my First Aid/CPR classes to the Life Support Academy. My experience was awesome. Once we started, old memories kicked back into gear and I felt excited to renew my prior knowledge from many years ago. My Instructor, Annel Moreno, was FANTASTIC!!! I really learned a lot with her instruction and interaction throughout the training. Not only was the class informational, it was also very enjoyable. I would, and do, recommend Life Support Academy.
