The “owner” was nasty. Machine wasn’t working, she lied about making up treatment. Wanted me to pay and go on a membership. She told me she was going to evaluate hair grow and not charge the visit. I still have hairs, and she she said they don’t do that for hair removal. Then why make an appointment and say they will evaluate? They basically stole one out of the 6 treatment for hair removal. Went in for botox. Expressed I wanted a lift to my eyes with botox as well. She understood, said no problem. Paid 350$ for only 2 areas! 1 week later my eyes are dropping! I call office and was told I’d have to wait full 2 weeks. I go back 2 weeks later and she says , ‘oh for eye lift I inject in the eye lid’ which isn’t what she did first visit when I repeated I really wanted eye lift too! Has the nerve to charge me 50$!!!! When it should have been done the first! I’ve never been charged for touch ups either at other places! Never will go back! Plus 2 visit didn’t fix it either!!! Waste of money! I have been using this business for years! They moved and are now in the 2nd story of the building that GPS puts you at (I forgot the name) you have to walk in and go up the elevator or stairs. I first started using them when they were in their old location. I did laser hair removal on the legs. Flash forward maybe 6 or 7 years I needed a touch up on all areas that she used to do as well as I wanted my arms and hands laser hair removal. They have a special where you can pay for a certain amount of sessions or pay a price per month for a year. This is one of the best of its kind when it comes to service, professionalism, quality and results. I came in for Botox but I have been wanting to get other procedures done I just didn’t know where to even start. Stephanie really listens to what your goals and expectations are.
