She was also patient with us as we struggled to juggle all the other communications needed while starting a business (contractors, drug companies, etc.). She added everything to the website we requested. She has also sent us links to her YouTube videos so that we can learn how to manage the website on our own. Furthermore, she has continued to help us as needed. As an example, she added an online pharmacy portal to the website 5 months after her initial work. We initially wanted to hire a large, out of state company that specializes in veterinary practice websites.
