I went to Dr ChrisToday for a serious back issue..Dr Chris worked on me dor half hour and i felt so much better when i left. He would not accept payment..HIGHLY reccomend this company..great guy..

This place is really difficult to get ahold of. They almost never answer the phone. I had to call 4 separate times on different days/times until I finally got ahold of someone. I was able to easily schedule my appointment for a massage, however my sister and I were scheduled on the same day and they canceled her massage with no explanation the day before. When I went there in person, the place itself was very difficult to find as it is in an indoor mall. This was not clearly indicated on the reminder message I received for the appointment, and it was pretty stressful just getting to the actual place. The facility did not look well kept and the whole rehab facility was just one singular open room... the actual massage was ok, the person did a decent job but the whole thing felt very cheap and rushed. Also ended the massage about 10 minutes early. Overall, I would never go back. Less

She was a bit difficult to understand however that isn't why I didn't have a great experience but definitely made me a bit anxious because I couldn't follow some of the things she was saying. The massage started with the basics: I told her where I wanted her to focus, she dimmed the lighting, applied heat to loosen up, she poked and prodded around my neck and low back area for a brief minute and then without warning, decided to spend the majority of the session using a percussion gun on me rather than her hands. She asked if I was okay with it AFTER she started, me being polite and assuming it was just going to be for a brief moment of the massage said it was fine.. but the entire massage was pretty much just getting drilled by a percussion gun.. Halfway into the jack-hammering she told me she needed to talk to Dr. Rosario so she left the room for a minute and came back with another percussion gun and proceeded to continue to drill away what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. She claimed I was too tight for a manual massage despite her 13 years of experience. Overall, I think she spent about 5 minutes actually massaging with her hands and about 30 minutes with the percussion guns and the leftover time applying CBD lotion. Not an enjoyable experience worth $75 and certainly not what I had asked her to do. Lastly, she focused on my neck and low back only despite asking her to target other areas like my shoulders, upper and mid back. Additionally, my appointment was supposed to start at 3pm, I was brought into the room 5 minutes late, we talked and I got ready for 10 minutes so the massage did not begin until 3:15pm and she finished early at 3:55pm citing something about COVID being the reason we finished early and then referenced a sheet on the wall that recommends how to tip. I paid $75 upfront and still tipped an extra $20 despite the less than professional service and left feeling really unhappy with the whole experience. I added a star because I spoke with Dr. Rosario after the massage who addressed some of my concerns. He was courteous and scheduled a consultation with me to address some of the issues I tried addressing with Maritza however I am not so sure it is worth taking that chance. So if you're an athletically built man who is tight in the back area deciding if you should give this a go, instead, save your money and buy a percussion gun and just do it yourself. UPDATE: I decided to follow up with this poor experience and although they normally don't offer refunds for massages, they decided to make an exception as the entire staff agreed I received an abnormal experience. I was also informed that Maritza was given feedback so this experience does not happen again to others. Jocelyn and Dr. Rosario, thank you for making this worrisome experience right. Less

I received therapeutic services from July through October 2021. Dr. Rosario was great and showed compassion and flexibility on days when I wasn’t feeling my best. I highly recommend Elite Rehabilitation for services.

I will never buy from this company again. They force people to give them tips. My mother went in to get a massage and the lady handed her a paper that said the amount of tip required for there services. Who does that?! I was going to purchase 47 more as gifts to employees but now will not. Very unprofessional. I recognize tips are expected but they are not required . Jerk company

My recommendation: don’t ever buy multiple sessions from Elite. They don’t keep track of it in their system and if something happens (like COVID) and you haven’t been in their location for over 1 year; your purchase is lost. I’m looking trough mu credit card statements but they have a limit on the statement storage as well; so I’m out of luck now.

I informed her that I received a courtesy reminder yesterday and everything was confirmed. (I also had another appointment scheduled for April 13, 2021 for 12:00pm). I showed her my phone history with the number at the office, but was told "I'm sorry", or that I can return at 6:00pm or get my money back from Groupon. I walked away in total disbelief that this had happened. Once you show me what type of customer service you have, trust me, I believe you, and you will never have to worry about myself nor any of my affiliates visiting any of your establishments. I only have good things to say about Elite Rehabilitation. I walked in with an ached lower back and right shoulder and after the first session my back and shoulder issues are all gone. Amazing!

When I showed up for my second appointment, they said there is no therapist and there was no appointment scheduled. Then they realized that it was scheduled almost 2 months ago, they said that the old therapist left and all our appointments were cancelled. THEY COULD NOT EXTEND THE COURTESY TO A PAYING CUSTOMER TO INFORM ABOUT CANCELLATION. When I said this, the front desk lady became confrontational instead if extending an apology. I had taken time of work and driven 1 hour in traffic to be met with dismissal. She even tried to put it on me saying I don't know if you received a cancellation call and ignored it. What kind of business says to customer they ARE LIERS!!! My rescheduled appointment is 2 months ahead which is irrelevant at this point. I am fibromyalgia patient and this is the kind of Elite care they provide to people. My first 1 hour massage lasted only 32 minutes. I read same thing by other reviewers on Groupon. Less

Every time I want to schedule an appointment they say they don’t have any availability for a few months and every time I do schedule an appointment they cancel the morning of, an hour before the appointment. If it takes about 6 months for him to get in, I doubt anyone there will be willing to give me a standing regular appointment.
