Wow - instead of ripping me off for a new phone or at least a repair to replace a charge port, he just dug out a load of fluff and showed me it was now charging again. Then did the same to my wife's phone. And then refused to charge me anything! Get a cap for the plug to stop fluff from your pocket or bag causing you this problem! Less
