Anthony the owner came out and was great from day one. Measured, understood our need and design objectives. Quickly returned a digital rendering of the closet idea and here is the big part...it was half the cost of the first closet company for the same design!!! Sold! We had a few weeks before install, which gave us time to do some refreshing of the closet light new lights, patching all the holes from the wire shelves, and repainted. And now our new closet has been installed and it looks amazing!! The install guys were nothing but professional, very detailed, got our input the entire way and accommodated any of our requests. The team that came over to install were professional and very careful with my newly installed hardwood floors taking great care to protect them w extra blankets. The work was meticulous and cleaned up well after installation and unlike other closet companies I’ve used in the past, they left these closets and cabinets spotless with not a single dirty fingerprint on them and vacuumed up the area so I was able to unpack my stuff and move it right into the newly installed closets. I can easily see everything without hunting, which is important for me because some days I don’t have the energy to do an exhaustive search for something in my closet. His installation crew was impressive. They used blankets and cleaned up any mess they made. We had a great experience with ACC. They showed up on time, as scheduled and did an excellent job. They cleaned up their work area as they went and were very polite. The only downside is that we had to wait 6 weeks from the initial consult until the installation. The end product was worth the wait though.

This helped me to easily make the choice to give them the business. The two installers arrived promptly when stated to arrive and neatly began the process of installation. They were very expedient and efficient and had both closets completed in well less than a whole work day. They kept the work area clean and the installation was beautiful. I really appreciated the efficiency in how they worked, their politeness when asking questions about specific installation requirements I may have had, and their overall demeanor throughout the install. My wife is thrilled and is now using the larger closet for all of her dressing needs! The smaller has become her shoe storage as well as a location for other clothing not often worn. I highly recommend Affordable Closet Concepts. Anthony's crew initially installed my closet in 2011. Due to water damage in 2014 and 2015 the crew had to remove and reinstall the closet. The crew worked to accommodate my schedule, was very professional and pleasant.

Fantastic experience with this company! They came and inspected the space, listened to what we wanted, showed us what they offered and offered suggestions. Then they sent us an email showing what the space would look like with the different options and the prices. On the day of the install, two nice workers came and worked hard. They did a wonderful job and I'm very happy with everything!
