I want to be honest, my experience was not good at all. I felt rushed, not listened to, and the doctor performed random tests without explanation. I went in for a routine checkup and blood pressure screening, she had the staff draw tests that are only suitable for someone twice my age and now I have to pay out of pocket for it because even my excellent insurance won't cover the test. On top of that, I get my results back with the wrong date of birth, I'm 31 it said I was born in 1931. I happen to be a laboratory technologist and in the lab world that is a huge problem. We don't just let that fly with a simple "Well you're the only person with that name so it must be you." They send out their results to a bio-reference location, they get thousands of samples a day. Who is to say that the results are even mine? The doctor wanted to aggressively treat me for a supposed "shut down of my immune system" with expensive vitamin injections that were not covered in my plan. I'm thankful that she at least told me I would have to pay out of pocket. Using better judgment I declined, turns out I just had a normal cold that passed in a couple of days. I visited 4 different times where I felt rushed and random tests were performed on me without much explanation of why and I never got the results from the tests on the following visits. Also, I noticed unsanitary practices such and not cleansing machinery between patients and reusing the same tape from a previous patient. Finally I put my foot down and decided not to return, but I wanted my test results. They refuse to send me a copy and I have to come in again to get the results. I'm not paying another copay to visit a doctor who clearly doesn't take the time to invest into her patients. Not to mention that on my first visit she asked me to do a review here, that's honestly unprofessional. Well I kept my promise and decided to write an honest review. As a medical professional myself, who is engaged to a doctor an the sister of two accomplished doctors in internal medicine and pathology, I can honestly say that I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. I give one star because at least I got my appointment quickly. That's one positive. Lastly, the staff are friendly wonderful people and aren't treated with respect by the doctor. They were uneven and had lumps I bruised like crazy and although I was numb it was extremely painful and within 5 minutes she fixed it. Went here today and I had a great experience. Check in was quick and easy. Waited literally a minute to be called after they did the paperwork since it was my first time. In total I was there for probably 25-30 minutes. Came in for allergy prescription and was successful. Doctor and staff were all friendly and nice.
