But he still came the next day and treated it with due respect. Tested everything and I thought I burnt my heater coils and my ac didn't seem like it was blowing hard enough. He checked everything and spent the time to ensure everything was operating properly. Cleaned a couple of things without charging and recommend some DIY maintenance solutions that will ensure it worked properly. Like coil cleaning and adding a simple weatherstripping to stop the dust bypassing the filter. Charged me only for what was necessary. As busy as this guy is. The service was unbelievable Less

My outside unit wasn’t coming on i called several a/c company’s everyone i called said it would be weeks before someone could come out well not for Scott Latour he came the same day i called him and he found the problem and fixed it. Picture this, 4 month old newborn, 96* outside... a/c stops... it’s Sunday... in Louisiana ... in June... so 129,754 % humidity as well. Dad is in a bit of a hot pickle ...
