I still haven’t gone a day without pain, just a bit less. Missing appointments only makes the pain worse. I find that a few things such as ice when stationary, muscle relaxers before bed, and anti inflammatories during the day help ease the pain so it’s a bit easier to move less like a geriatric. Also, Dr. Jim gives really good advice even on personal matters in my life. On Friday the vibes are happy with momma Sweeney (Dr. Jim’s mom) and molly the lab; they are the sweetest! Dr. Jim is great! He’s knowledgeable, energetic, and caring. I came in with pain issues relating to my scoliosis and within a couple sessions my pain almost disappeared. A number of years ago I injured my back. I was in extreme pain and could not bend over to tie my shoes. After a number of weeks of treatment by Dr. Sweeney and his crew I was able to bend over and tie my shoes again and enjoy life without the back pain. Kudos to the whole crew.
