I am 4 weeks into joining Fierce Play and I am loving the workouts! I am a novice to CrossFit, but have found the instruction and variety in the workouts to be great! Supportive atmosphere without the intimidating big gym feel! Definitely would recommend joining Fierce Play!

I’m so glad I found Fierce Play. Jeff is the best CrossFit coach I’ve ever had. He’s good at breaking down each movement (snatches, cleans, squats), or correcting your movement to protect your shoulders, knees etc. At his gym I’ve learned how to do a proper pushup, using my chest and triceps efficiently. I’ve also learned to do a proper kip swing and a rope climb all from his instruction (and the other coaches too). I’ve gotten so much stronger and my range of motion has improved too (I couldn’t squat very low when I first joined). The workouts are just the right level of intensity (not too intense, not too boring). My technique for cleans, snatches and quats is so much better too. At his gym, I’ve been able to overcome my low back pain by learning to engage my core, glutes and legs properly whenever I deadlift or power clean. Every gym needs someone like Jeff who can break down each movement and tell you how to use your body (including telling you how to breathe) so you can move well/safely. He also coaches you on how to pace yourself for each workout whether its an EMOM, AMRAP or a for-time workout. Top tier gym for sure! And the people are nice. I’ve found a range of skill levels from beginners to experienced athletes who want a good workout, and even a few of the more competitive folks too. Less

While the workout was intense, people kept it fun and lighthearted the entire time.
