Dropped a power washer off on a Monday, they said call back tomorrow to find out when to pick it up. Only needed a gas hose. I called almost everyday till Saturday, when they still couldn't answer me on the status of the machine. Then they said they rebuilt the carburetor ( I checked, it's still the old one). They charged me for all the work they did without my consent. I would have upgraded my machine if I knew it would cost so much to "fix" it. Also, couldn't even put new fuel line through the guide, left it flopping on the outside. Be warned Less
