The amazing coaches have helped me get fit while rehabbing from previous injuries from trying to workout on my own and not knowing what I was doing. I have hypermobility issues. They help me modify workouts while increasing my strength in an encouraging community. The biggest change I notice is that my chronic inflammation is gone. I am extremely happy to have found CrossFit Justice. As a beginner in the world of CrossFit, I was nervous about the new movements and exercises, but the coaches were very helpful from day 1. CrossFit Justice is a great place! Everyone here is genuine and you truly feel at home. The daily workouts are set up with thought with a warm-up, focused strength portion, and then a metcon. Moved from DC area about a year ago and I have tried 4 different cft gyms. This is the one I decided to stay with. Great coaches great size and equipment and great wods (compared to the others ive tried) Definitely recommended!

Had a competition here last weekend, and Chris and Rose did a wonderful job from start to finish. Absolutely wonderful box that you can tell has a good community! Clean bathrooms and equipment was top notch (Concept 2 bikes, ski ergs, rowers, echo bikes, huge center rig, tons of db and bb) really anything you need for training. I joined CJF September 2021, initially I was afraid of how intense the work-out routines and was not sure how its going to work for beginners like me. Pre-COVID, I normally do Barre classes and this is the first time that I am doing combined cardio and strength training at the same time in a full hour class. I started with 1:1 sessions for 6 classes to familiarize myself with the equipments. I rotated with 3 different coaches (Chris, Rose and Teri) and they are very helpful. I started baby steps with my group classes and the coaches did modifications on what I can do and how much weight to start with. I normally attend the 0830 class and everyone has been nice and encouraging! I have noticed improvements in my endurance, flexibility and strength. They target different muscles and they change classes so you don't get bored with the same routines. All the coaches have been a great motivator and the gym has been so welcoming to new members. Its a great place to be for a total body work-out and happy that I found a new home! BTW, they also offer yoga, nutritional challenge which I am doing now. I definitely recommend CFJ!!! The science behind Ticker Training that CrossFit Justice implements into workouts is incredible. My wife and I truly enjoy the unique take on CrossFit training that CFJ teaches. They utilize heart rate monitors to objectively ensure that each individual is meeting the goals that they outlined with their coaches. CrossFit Justice is a superb gym with knowledgeable staff, awesome workouts, and a friendly atmosphere. The owners, Chris and Rose, are incredibly patient – which has been crucial for me, as I am a beginner and have no previous CrossFit experience. It is clear that they are both passionate about helping others and watching their clients succeed. I had surgery on my knee six months ago and was initially afraid that these workouts would be too high-impact for me. However, Chris was able to modify every workout for me to ensure that I not only didn’t injure myself, but was able to safely build muscle back up in my leg. I am three months in and my knee pain continues to improve every day! Even on days where I might lack confidence in my own abilities (being a newbie), I can always trust that Chris and all of the other phenomenal instructors are looking out for me to make sure I stay safe, have fun, and get a great workout in. I have limitations because of a bilateral mastectomy and arthritis but Alyssa modifies and individualizes the work out of the day for me. She is positive and encouraging. You don't have to be a triathlete to do crossfit!
