Nice office staff seems to be nice, but Dr.Lane pushes implants....most of us even with ins can't afford that. He didn't want to talk about anything else.

They claim to fix them for you for free but when you go in for repairs or tweaks they make off comments about usually charging and how it's free this time with an emphasis on this time. They saw me last min because of what in my mind was “a dental emergency” and they were great. Very easy process of getting in, not waiting long. Happy staff and they seems happy to be there. Very friendly, personable staff. Im a frequent flyer do to my bad aging teeth so i certainly qualify for a very objective critic but i have never had a bad experience with any of the staff or doc. I hear nightmares of people not visiting their dentist for certain reasons. That does not pertain to this dentist. Dr. Lane is so relaxed and cares about what happens next. He walks you through each step to let you know what is happening. I truly think that who he is as a person reflects who he is as a dentist. Any of his staff would tell you the same.

All of this began last Sept. finally today May 2nd, I went for more x-rays and a cleaning & everything is great🥰🥰🥰 I don’t have to go back until November!!!! They have taken the time to answer all my financial questions about what's my responsibility, the insurance's, and care credit options. I've enjoyed every interaction I've had with these ladies. Next is the hygienist, other than having the cutest baby bump, her smile is contagious. She explained everything before and as she was doing it and was so gentle. She treated me like we had always been friends! I've only worked with one of the assistants and she is awesome! She is on top of everything, you can tell she loves her job! She is a mini-artist and showed me everything she was doing it! Now on to Dr. Severe. I've had some really bad dentists and honestly have let my teeth get in a terrible state. But he's never once made me feel shameful about them. He's just real about it and says the past is in past let's focus on future and fixing the problems and keeping your teeth healthy. He also explains everything before he does it and answers all my questions. He works hard but doesn't rush thru it. He makes sure everything is done right! The whole office seems to flow so smoothly and is full of smiles and laughter. It's the only dentist office I've actually looked forward to visiting! Less

First visit with Dr. Lane and couldn’t have been more impressed with him and his staff. Called yesterday to make an appointment since my dentist sold his practice and got an appointment today since I had a tooth bothering me. Found the problem and started to fix it today. I live in Halls and love keeping my business in the community. Would highly recommend Dr. Lane and his staff!

Knox County Dental really did a great job they got me in quick took care of everything and made it as easy as I think it could have been made. I would recommend them to anybody. Oh and the staff is excellent.

Very friendly and great atmosphere! Most dental offices give you that “nervous” mood, but here at Knox Dental I walk in all calm! They have made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and during the procedures I’ve had so far, there has been no discomfort! I am telling everyone to come here for their dental needs!

Like many I have anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. Lane is exceptional at communication during visits and procedures, so you know exactly what is going on. He talked with me the whole time as he worked about what he was doing which really puts your mind at ease. Him and his staff are truly great. I HIGHLY recommend this office, Dr. Lane is awesome!!!!!

Had an emergency with a broken tooth, they took me right in temporarily repaired my tooth until I could get in for a more permanent solution, everyone was super nice and professional, and the work done was exceptional, not sure I need to go back for permanent repair. (😄 teasing) would recommend these people to anyone.

These guys are awesome! I honestly havent had such a great dental office in years and am so glad I found them. They know what they are doing and do it well and Im thrilled for it. I went in for a routine cleaning and they found an issue that needed looking into that has saved me from having to have a root canal. Talk about awesome!

Great place everyone's so nice. The Dentist is very attentive and informative about everything that is being done. The cost is affordable for the work that I am having done. I have a deep seeded fear of dentists and he made me feel very comfortable and didn't make me feel foolish because of my fear. I am glad I went to the appointment. The staff are very nice and make you feel as if at home.
