Great park!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This is a long term rv camp only. No overnights, but you can do a week or longer (currently). Clean Rv park and very peaceful out here and its a kid friendly rv park so in my opinion great overall.
Don't know never been there! 🤔 🤷♂️
This park is wonderful. Full of great people. The manager is very nice we're very happy and recommend this place to everyone.
Beautiful RV Park Close to San Antonio
Been here since October 2016 and love it. Quiet, safe, friendly, helpful and management is so nice. The owner Marcus is fantastic.
Lived st park for 1.5 even did work for them. The cut every corner they can. If u give a little they take advantage of you and not want to pay. New manager cant be professional takes advantage of her athorty. One day u are a great tenant. Does not get her way and u get a 3 day eviction, Best thing that happened.
Terrible, We’ve been trying to contact this place for 6 months. We get the point. You DO NOT Answer calls or get back through text or respond in any way to even let someone know there aren’t any spots available. Extremely unprofessional.
I have had an RV for about a year and have traveled some. When we had to find a long term park for our kids schooling it got hard to find any. Especially in budget. Then size of our RV with a 50AMP. When I came across this one they had the size lot I needed and I put the deposit down before I saw the place! I was so nervous and when I showed up I was pleasantly surprised! When I came across this one they had the size lot I needed and I put the deposit down before I saw the place! I was so nervous and when I showed up I was pleasantly surprised! Price was just in budget and they did not charge extra for kids which is amazing since I have three. Internet is on and off however it is not due to them. They have had the company out and got the problem and are in process of getting it faster and in more areas in the park. They do have new management. All I can say for the bad reviews is to give it another try. People really do make the park and they have an amazing team here at Eagleford. Other RV owners I have met here are very friendly and kind. This team makes you feel welcomed, wanted and like family. My kids are so happy here. They are also doing amazing things to the property it is really cool to watch. Less
My wife and I have been here for 2 months or so now. We live full-time in a travel trailer while I’m stationed at San Antonio in the Army. Have loved every minute of it. It’s nice and quite. Quick drive to the city. The new management has been very proactive in cleaning up the park, beefing up the wifi, and upgrading the water hookups. We’re excited to see how Tina continues to improve the park.

Tina provides amazing service!! Very beautiful, quiet RV park. Wifi is also available. Highly recommended! A+
Best RV park in San Antonio. Lots of shade and nice size spaces and the price is right
It's a clean and quiet place to be.
Some what quiet and cozy place to park your travel trailer or RV
A cozy little park about 30 minutes from downtown. Far enough away that the stars come out at night and quiet enough to enjoy them. The downside is that the gravel roads and spots are riddled with pock marks and several low hanging tree branches makes it difficult for larger rigs. So a nice spot but not worth the $45 a night.
Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming, I enjoy walking around the park every day sometimes twice a day. Management is very helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoy being here
Park is very quiet and secluded. Great shade. While we were there, the sewer connection had a broken off end from a camper’s sewer hose stuck in it... our particular site was not level.. then the water got shut off to the park one evening. No warning, no notice. When restored, there was barely any water pressure at all which made showering difficult. Prob won’t stay again..

Friendly residents. No amenities, park quiet, lots good size. Close to downtown San Antonio sites.
I stayed here while I was working in the area. Eagle Ford Estates RV Park is very well eat and maintained. It is a very peaceful and beautiful place.
My buddy lives here and it’s a dream.
I stay in this park when I'm in the area and the manager is Awesome. If I had to complain about something it'd be that I can't stay 24/7
This was our 4th visit. Peace and quiet are what this place is about. Regular patrol by the local police and I’ve never seen them do more than stop and visit with the guest. Very friendly staff always available and always glad to see you. We survey pipelines, wind farms, and solar farms so we move quite a lot. This place feels like coming home. We will always stay here when we are in the area.
We had a great experience at Eagle Estate RV park. The property it beautiful with alot of tree cover and maintained well. The lots are big. The staff is great, very friendly and professional. The park is far enough out of the city to give you peace and quiet but convenient to all shopping, restaurants and interstates. We'll be back.
very nice location and the people are amazing. 5 star rated in my opinion.
Very quite at night. This is my first experience staying in an RV with my wife and 2 small dogs. Everyone is friendly. Country living but close to the city. Highly recommend.

Serenity is the the word that comes to mind when I found this place. I've been searching for last few years and finally I'm home. The only thing that could possibly increase this...ocean. Otherwise, I'm content. JC and Reagan are amazing. Keep on keeping on!!

Lots of trees, plus plenty of room away from the lots to walk the dogs or even throw a ball with them. It's well-maintained and the management is friendly and easy to work with. There are pros and cons with every park. Pros, reliable wifi, huge lots with good space between the lots, great rates, plenty of shade to choose from, flexibility in using a clothesline or putting up temporary fencing for your pets around your rig. Also, I had more residents greet me or offer help in the first two weeks than I did in four months at my previous park in New Braunfels. One resident offers laundry services, there is a basketball hoop and a couple swings on a tree for the kids to play on. Plus, this park is conveniently close to the Toyota plant as well as several trailheads linking the Medina River Greenway south of San Antonio, great for bike riding or walking the dogs or getting the kids out. Cons here would be a little further from your standard amenities such as gas and restaurants and groceries. Also a lot of sand and sand burrs too. But for some of us, that's all part of country life and a trade we're happy to make for the quiet nights, regular campfires, friendly neighbors, and the relaxed atmosphere. Yes, this park is one that will more likely appeal to long-term fulltimers, but I would recommend it even for a week-long getaway in the country or just passing through to the coast or wherever. This park will definitely stay on my list as a good spot for me and my crew. Less
I lived in the connecting homes that the own next door...the place was awsome, there staff and owner was awsome..it was always quiet..I a li ways send people over to the RV park when they travel in with there RV...
Quiet place to call home for a couple of months.
Great lots, lots of shade for the summer heat. The Management staff were great. If we are ever in San Antonio again, we will definitely rent there again.
Went to visit someone staying there in the evening. It was pretty good size RV park and quiet. They have RV's for rent as well as cabins (small mobile home type).
Great place to stay. Very quiet. Lots of trees. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!!
Great place to stay. Very family friendly and quite.
a very peaceful, quiet seeing with very friendly staff and campers
Truly not a bad place. Location is mediocre and the internet kinda sucks but it's a nice, quiet little place.
There's more drugs than bugs in this place. There wasn't one available spot that wouldn't put my rig in danger of getting ripped up. Avoid it. And don't confuse it with the Eagle Ford RV park in Gonzales - that's a much better place to stay.
This place is awesome. Lots of beautiful mature trees and lots of shade. The staff here are amazing. Very helpful and friendly. there is no laundry facility and you have to drive quite a distance to do your laundry or grocery shop and there is no propane here. Update.... CELL RECEPTION IS THE WORST AND THE WIFI IS WORTHLESS THIS FRUSTRATES ME SO MUCH THAT I'M THINKING ABOUT MOVING
Looks great until you live there Electric hookup was never properly installed We did not know Cost us thousands . The property is not maintained Oh the grass is cut The roads and sites are not . Garbage is always overflowing Flies , fleas are abundant

Nice people, good wifi, and quiet
Good when I arrived. The manager though made a lot of pretty strict rules.
Beautiful RV Park nice friendly people
While quiet, not so impressed. It is more of a residential park than an "RV" park.

Too many people living at this RV park. Trashy, poor management. No one is at the office, you call the number and leave a message and nobody ever gets back to you. Low tree branches for campers. Garbage bins are always full. The full timers leave trash and household items outside of the trash bins. Don't park in the sand they are trying to grow grass, lol
Very nice and quiet RV park. We checked in last weekend and will have our RV there or several months. Reagan the girl who works in the office is very nice a personable. Would definitely recommend this RV park if you are looking for one that is peaceful.

Regan and NIck came and helped me set everything up. And when I realized I didn't have a lighter for my stove, they simply came over, knocked on my door and let me use theirs. Really courteous and polite. Enjoyed my stay, cheap prices, friendly staff, and pet friendly which was a bonus for me. Highly recommend. Will be back in the winter.
Super friendly environment, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay
I really enjoyed staying here! Lots are spacious with enough room to have my own privacy. This place is peaceful and quiet with tons of shade. I like how they’re family friendly! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
This place is great! Very close to San Antonio and some fun outdoor attractions. Nice spacious lots too!
Beautiful property. Managers are awesome!! Little on the high side but worth it

Worst campground ever. It's a dump. The price is way to high for what you get. Sites are full of ants and sandberries. Wouldn't recommended it to my worst enemy. And when you want to leave early they won't give you back your money.. it's not even a real Rv park it's mosu people living there full time. The people where nice but that's the only thing I can say nice about it.
Very basic campground with only amenity Wi-Fi and it doesn't work all the time. The glue that held the place together passed away. Flo was everything to this campground. Then there is Rickie and Charlie who are indispensable there. Loved the majority of the capers there.
Not a lot of amenities for the price, but instead of 2 stars they get 3 because the staff is amazing. Super friendly camp and it's quite at night. Wi-Fi didn't work at all.

Thank you Tanya, so much. And please know if I choose to go with another RV park it was not because of your most welcomed accommodations. You are the greatest, and I really wish that the Park you represent stood up to the web site that they created. I truly expected to see something more for the price. Eileen Semlali Less
By no means a premier RV Park. There are no staff on the property and they won't refund your money. Forget about using Uber or any transportation if you need it. There is no easy access to everything. This so called country setting is far away from it all. Think twice unless you want to be in the boonies!

Just drop off a tub full of dirty clothes in the morning and she greets you with a smiling face, cheerfully goes to work washing them and hanging them to line dry, then delivers them either neatly folded or on hangers, your preference, and smelling fresh. Belinda takes great care in making sure there are no wrinkles and everything is done to your specifications. Her fees are more than reasonable and I found it less expensive to have her do the laundry than it was for me to go to the laundromat and do the work myself. Our stay at Eagle Ford Estates was a good experience and Belinda's laundry days had a lot to do with it. Less

Pretty much all sand, spur-like barbs, and a little gravel to park on. It's definitely not a bad place to stay if you like seclusion from the city and don't mind a dirty vehicle. Can't seem to keep the truck clean from all the dust. It's very nice and laid back here and the price is good, but the internet definitely is an issue for us. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice place, especially when compared to some other RV parks, and everyone has been pretty friendly, but the drive from here to Leon Valley takes around 45 min-1 hour in work traffic, so if you're traveling for work like we are, you might want to consider your drive time. I would say with a little more gravel area to park on, smooth the road out a little, and make sure all tenants know to keep their dogs quiet this would be the best RV park in the area. There are nicer parks but they are a couple hundred or so more per month and have lots of restrictions on visitors, parking, and even washing your vehicles! Also, most every other park we have visited here have had very tight spaces. You could literally stretch out your arms and touch two RVs at once. All in all, it's a good park and we would stay here again. Less
