The programme was actually very easy to follow because Francis didn't want us to put lose weight but to put maintenance on weight so we looked at all the calories we were eating. It made me.see I need to be more organised and to try make plan for eating regularly as I tend to eat loads of calories one day and be well under the next so yo yo diet lol which won't help me to lose weight.
