WOW…. These guys are good. Raised my canopies, trimmed, de-mossed, chipped, and hauled everything away, couldn’t even tell they were there! Initial meeting was with Beny, the owner. I've used Benys Tree service several times over the years as I have acreage full of oak trees that routinely need trimming or dropping as the die. They always do a great job at a reasonable price. The do just what I ask them to, they cleanup the debris left from falling trees and leave me with good solid pieces that we can easily handle from there.

I would not recommend this company to anyone for tree service. I got a proposal and we agreed on a price and specifically what I wanted done. No misunderstanding. When the crew showed up, they were lost. They had no direction on what the proposal covered. I explained what to do and they only did about 70% of what the proposal showed to do! They did a great job grinding out a big stump. The guys were very careful and covered the windows and glass to prevent any damage. Cleaned up great and did it in a short time. I would use them again!!!

Tree front and back A++ Service

Two men with tools, truck and chipper were very efficient but I see they do not understand trees fully and left cuts as 'coat racks'. I was real surprised to have two shrubs cut off at the ground.

The guys did a great job, they would not leave until I was satisfied. They were nice and courteous and cleaned up after themselves, very happy with their service.

Just few things could have been trimmed better.

Called on their roof clearance special but really needed the canopy lifted on my tree. The gave me the 250 special price anyway and for another 20 pruned a plum tree in my backyard. The where when they said they would be, where quick and efficient, and cleaned up when finished. Highly recommend them.

Was a bit skeptical at first given the marketing garage on Facebook and seeing unusually good rates but had a couple small trees removed and a couple stumps grinded down and found the crews to be polite and efficient. Five stars would absolutely use again!

They trimmed all the branches I needed removed from my trees and hauled all the debris away. If I need more work done I'll be contacting them again.

We had two trees that had to be totally removed after the winter weather. They also removed several branches that were in bad shape. Very professional did a great job.

Beny's did a really good job trimming our oaks which had suffered from the big freeze. They were prompt and worked continuously. We felt so fortunate that this work was done before the next storm as their "haircut" protected them somewhat. Beny' s rep responded to our priorities and responded to our budget. Save a child's life. Don't use this "service". They barrel down neighborhood streets at well over the speed limit and blow through stops signs, not slowing even a bit. Little kids are in the street on their trikes. People are walking dogs. It's a nice neighborhood. Until these obnoxious, greedy, self-serving kamakazes come screaming though.

Beny's was very responsive and came within a day to clear out my tree. I called no less than 10 companies and Beny's offered the best value proposition at a competitive price. My tree went from hanging over my yard and neighbor's roof to completely trimmed and looking neat. The turnaround was under 24 hours.

Benny's Tree, a local tree service company, seemed promising when I first contacted them. They quickly came out to my property to provide an estimate on some tree work I needed done. They were polite and professional during the visit and gave me a reasonable bid. They even said they would be able to come out and complete the work that weekend. Unfortunately, that's where the good experience with this company ends. Despite giving me their word that they would complete the work that weekend, Benny's Tree never showed up. They didn't call or let me know what was going on, leaving me to wonder what had happened. I tried to contact them multiple times through phone calls, text messages, and voicemails, but never received a response. The lack of communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I later discovered that I wasn't the only one who had been ghosted by Benny's Tree. Other customers have reported similar experiences of the company not showing up for scheduled appointments and failing to communicate with them. One customer had received a bid to remove a tree before an upcoming ice storm. They suspected that Benny's Tree was price gouging customers and may be a fly-by-night company. They even had to threaten to report them before they honored their bid. Another customer had scheduled an appointment with Benny's Tree and received a text reminder just a couple of hours before the appointment. They even left work early to be home for the appointment, but Benny's Tree never showed up or contacted them. Based on my experience and the experiences of other customers, I strongly advise against using Benny's Tree for any tree service needs. Their lack of communication and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. It's a shame because they seemed nice on the phone and provided a reasonable estimate, but it's not worth the risk of being left in the lurch. Less

I've used Beny's Tree Service a couple times now. They go above and beyond to provide quality, careful and tidy work. I wouldn't go anywhere else for our tree work.

UPDATE as of 2/21/23: As promised, I said I'd report back. They did finally respond and honored their contract that was given prior to the ice storm. They also gave us a preferred price on 4 extra trees, so the experience in the end was a very pleasant one. I can whole-heartedly recommend them for your tree service!

No show No call after sending multiple text reminders to me, even one text 2 hours before my appointment. Scheduled this appointment a week out and left work early to be home for when they would be arriving but they never showed or reached out that they would be late or had to reschedule.

My neighbor recommended them after using their service and I feel very fortunate. They came out in timely fashion to give an estimate. We walked the yard and they used a laser pointer to show areas to trim . We had damage from the big freeze high in trees and trimming of other dead potential hazards . It was my first time watching a tree cutting and it was fun. Those guys did an amazing job. They move fast and cleaned up all their mess, my roof and gutters. They removed multiple trees that were dead from the freeze. One large tree was trimmed back of dead wood, and the old oak trimmed and canopy lifted.

This company was Amazing from the initial phone call to end of service. I called and they were able to do same day estimate and provided service the next day at a very affordable price. Thanks so much to all and we will be using you again

Easy to schedule, very communicative. Only had one tree, trimmed away the dead parts (one of the two trunks needed to be removed) - they cleared the remaining tree from my neighbor's house, all within 30 mins. 👌🏼 Would definitely bring them back.

I needed three trees trimmed/pruned, along with a bush on the side of my house trimmed. The quote was super reasonable, and the crew was actually able to come out same-day and get the job done! The clean-up was good too, and my three trees look a lot better now!

These 4 gentlemen were above talented and hard working ! They worked fast and were very careful with my grass etc All of the branches were neatly picked up and put on their truck . I didn’t get the groups names but they should be very proud of themselves for doing an amazing job !

They did a awesome job, cleaned up all the cut limbs, and sprayed the places, that had limbs cut. I told the guy in charge, I would love for them to come back again, next year, as new limbs grow out again, to keep the tree healthy.
