The first time I called I spoke with Pete, and right from that first conversation I knew I called the right place. I would be a big fat liar if I said everything was a breeze and that buying a house is a fun process. We definitely hit some snags (seller issues, no problems with MMS) and faced a period of disappointment but the whole time I was met with positive reassurance and it definitely made all the difference in the experience I had.
