Within a day I got called back by both companies saying they quoted me wrong. The new quotes were 4 times the price they quoted me to begin with. I called and a very sweet young lady answered by the name of Shanny, oh how amazing was she. She took the time to get all the information including asking when my daughter's license issue date was, as the other companies failed to do so. She was so helpful talked me through everything and spent a large amount of time explaining the insurance to find the best insurance possible that meet our needs. This process took a few months but they waited patiently and never forgot about me. I prefer a brick and mortar location, and being there a couple times and meeting the other staffers has been a pleasant experience.
