Firstly, when I went to see Dr. Chow for an ankle/foot issue- he was extremely knowledgably in the area of expertise as it pertains to my condition. As I do suffer from anxiety when it comes to any major or minor procedures, Dr Chow made sure that all will be good. I followed his instructions and while under his care- everything went great. Dr. Chow was empathetic yet firm on his expectations for what I needed to do as a patient- he was truthful and direct. He was extremely courteous and had such an amazing bedside manner. His confidence/ experience as a surgeon/specialist exuded trust and comfort for my care. He took his time to follow up on every part of my care which included but not limited to my pre op, procedure, and most importantly post op. He was in constant communications throughout my inpatient stay at the renewed NYP. with all my other health issues- he made sure all my current physicians were aware of my procedure. 2 weeks after my procedure and can walk without any pain!!. Dr. Chow showed countless moments why he is one of the best Surgeons in NYC. This review is my first and only review I’ve ever done. I chose to write this one and only review- because I truly believe Dr. Chow deserves this acknowledgment. if anyone can tell me how I can nominate Dr. Chow for the highest award (Castle Connolly) I would greatly appreciate that. Very kind staff. I went to another Doctor and was told that the issue with my toe nails were from trauma. Total foot and Ankle care took a sample from my nail bed and now my toe nails are growing perfectly. I highly recommend

From the moment I walked in to the doctor's office I knew I would have a better than average experience. You can usually understand the way the front desk treats you is a preview of how the doctor will. And I was right. The Dr. Chow is kind and understanding, patient and knowledgeable. Above all, personable. I highly recommend Dr. Chow for your foot care needs.

I had a very negative experience in the office . The doctor did not clarify his questions . He literally berated me and I feel he became hostile when I try to explain . He was concerned about my insurance rather than my condition . I am in pain and felt and very intimidated . I apologized to him for any misunderstandings but I felt he was bordering on unprofessionalism because he would not let me talk or maybe he had bad day and didn’t want to listen . Clean office, great facility, nice doctors and staff. Great with foot care and treatment.

They do spend a lot of time with you and know their stuff but they also charge you a $150 deposit, on top of a credit card fee, for first time patients with insurance, which they don’t tell you about.

My partner and I got our vaccine shots here. The office was clean with friendly staff at the front desk. The appointment was pretty easy to book - I submitted my documents and they called to confirm the date and time I wanted. The doctor was efficient and had great bedside manners - any nervousness I had went away pretty quickly. He was patient and answered all our questions about the vaccine. There wasn’t much wait at all. If you get it here, account for the waiting period after you get any shot. I think they’re still pretty old school with documents like most doctor’s office so don’t be put off by their janky website and 90’s logo design lol. Less

They should have told me when I made the appointment so I could come with cash if that was the case. Paying 5% extra on top of the $150 office visit plus xrays, ultrasound, and aspiration procedure would come out to a lot especially when people are financially struggling in a pandemic. Which is why i opted not to do those extra tests. I'm sure they make extra short term charging the surcharge but in the long run patients will not come back. Less

Dr. Chow was so polite and friendly definitely makes you feel comfortable but also professional and informative let’s you know exactly what’s going on and how he’s going to help you. Dr.Chow is very informative and kind! He ensures you feel comfortable and understand what is wrong as well the options available to fix the problem. The appointments are easy; I leave confident after each appointment. The office is also very clean with Covid-19 guidelines followed and enforced!

Being a client of Dr. Christopher Chow has been such a blessing , helping me with a correction of my foot I'm able to walk a little bit better it's so much easier on my disability wonderful staff very helpful I recommend you visit 😊 and realize for yourself it's worth it

If I can give it 0 star, I would. Very unprofessional. Gave wrong diagnostics and refuse to admit it. Would never recommend to anyone.
