Linda went above and beyond to work with us to bring my dream ring to life. She was very patient and let us try on various styles of engagement rings. I knew I wanted an oval, so she showed me different sizes she had in the store with various bands, all while paying close attention to my must haves and must nots for the character of the diamond. After our first visit, she told us that she would bring in a selection of diamonds based on my specific preferences that we could try on the next time we visited the store. Leading up to our second visit, Linda sent pictures and videos of the diamonds she had received via text and email so that we could browse the selection and let her know if we were looking for anything else. The second time we came into the store, I was completely blown away by how much attention Linda paid to detail. She brought in 3 excellent options that were not only tailored to my specific preferences, but that far EXCEEDED my expectations. We walked around the store and outside of the store with her to examine each diamond in varieties of lighting, and she literally sat with us for 3 hours as we thought about which diamond was the one. We looked at the diamonds on different bands alongside various wedding band styles. We also looked at wedding bands and came up with designs for those as well. Linda took all of the stress out of the equation for my partner and I when it came to searching for an engagement ring and it ended up being a very fun and exciting experience for us. As I said to Linda in the store, she did all of the hard work for us and she did her job TOO well that it was so difficult to decide because every option was incredible.
