The community here is amazing! They let me try out a class for free since I’m new to the area and it was the most welcoming environment with really attentive coaches who showed me the ropes and watched my movements to make sure I was doing them correctly. Will definitely be back! 🙌🏼

Great community gym with incredible staff. Angel and the team of trainers help you set goals and work to complete those goals. This gym focuses on form and doing exercises for a specific reason. I have seen amazing results from this work ethic and feel empowered to do more on my own outside of the gym as well.

Close knit community, dedicated coaches, great workouts!

Visiting from out of town and these guys embody the CrossFit community. Angel and Tam are super awesome and loving. And the other coaches like Kevin, Tim and Rory are the best. Sweet, close knit community that you need to not just check out but stay to really feel like family. Super recommend!

I've been a member of Telegraph CrossFit since forever, and I can honestly say that it's the best decision I've ever made for my health and fitness. You have to share your cell phone and email info to inquire about their pricing, which I am not super comfortable with but I did it anyway because I was kind of hopeful about this gym as it is so close. A representative from the gym then texted me right away but was being strange and evasive and would not tell me how much membership was when I asked... When I pressed him on it, he accused me of not being "honest and upfront" because I wouldn't first tell him my exercise experience, and then he told me "good luck with your fitness" and that was the end of it. Why wouldn't a gym share how much money their services cost to a potential customer? I honestly have no idea. This whole interaction felt unprofessional and weird. Less

👎👎👎👎👎 Incorrectly hanging the American flag. On November 2 I saw this American flag hanging incorrectly. IT BROKE MY HEART...Spoke to the person in charge/owner. He had no respond and no clue. I did some research and saw in their photo/ gallery 3 years ago the American flag is hung incorrectly. 3 years ago to present.

Not the best. The coach here left to get food mid-wod once, and said that he would probably never learn the presumably simple app that basically every single other crossfit coach ever has learned to program the clock. Flagship is nicer!

Great gym although small

Met the owner Angel plus several coaches there at Carl Paoli Workshop, it’s awesome when you can go to a Box whether to check it out or participate al about the community, good to be part of it, will be sure to drop in for a WOD.

Angel runs an excellent team here. Coaches are highly skilled and attentive. Programming is well thought out and fun with great attention to skill development and injury prevention. Class sizes are not large like other gyms so you can be assured of getting feedback, attention, and motivation. Great community of members. Love it and highly recommend it for anyone.

I always come here when I'm in town for work. Motivation is great. Coaches are friendly and always make sure safety and well being comes first.

I was over in San Francisco for holiday and was very grateful to have come across this gym! Great facility, knowledgeable coaches and a great community. Would definitely recommend for anyone passing by or wanting to get in to Crossfit :)

Most significant lesson for me was adjusting to executing wide-motion movements in confined spaces (urban crossfit vs. suburban crossfit), this clearly forced some adaption on my end.
