This is a very friendly office. The staff is always anxious to help and accommodate and Dr. Neff is professional and personable. He listens to you and works out a program to help you feel better. Overall it’s a great experience.

First visit I couldn't sit,stand or walk without the pain being a 10/10. I was taking the max dose of Tylenol and ibprofen each day. Getting my adjustments and following the treatment plan each week enabled me to improve and today I am better than ever. I have been able to get back to my exercise routine and get back to hiking.

Came in yesterday with extreme mid back pain, to the point it hurt to breath. The team took great care of me. Got an adjustment and a trigger point injection and I went from a pain level of 10 to a 4 and went back to the gym the next day! You need these guys in your life!

The office is very clean and the staff are very nice.  I went into the examination room and the Dr. Neff came in and discussed what problems I was having, he explained how he believes he could help.  Before Dr. Neff did anything he took about 8 x-rays of my back, to make sure there is no other injury. The next day the Dr. went over my x-rays with me educating me on what we were looking at, then we began treatment.  You go in for your traditional adjustment in the treatment room with the Dr. After that they start you on traction which is a table you lay on and it has rollers that stretch out your back. Then they moved me to a Hydro-therapy table, this is like a shallow water bed with jets under it, this massage relaxes your muscles. IT IS WONDERFUL!!! I have had an excellent experience every time I have gone in for an adjustment, the receptionists remember your name, and everyone is very friendly. Less

The reason for the two-stars is because she felt as if they were not interested in relieving her issues as soon as possible even though she had expressed her extreme discomfort, but rather, her first appointment was an analysis ($110 charge) which revealed her issues which included a hip that needed to be re-adjusted. Instead of re-adjusting her hip, the doctor recommended a second appointment to discuss a treatment plan (mind you, she is trying to have her hip re-adjusted before she goes into labor to avoid complications as there is a higher probability of labor complications with "turned" hips). At this point she realized they were not concerned with treating her in a timely manner, so she went to another chiropractor who charged her $60 for the same "analysis" and IMMEDIATELY re-adjusted her hip on the same visit. If you need immediate chiropractor care and are paying out of pocket and are truly in pain, do not use this office. Less

I think it is wonderful that the staff here are friendly as well as professional. They do a great job in keeping the time waiting to a minimum. If it will be a wait before Dr. Neff can see you, they let you do some of the therapies instead of just having you wait in the lobby. I really like that.

The first visit was thorough with xrays, history and scans etc. Dr. Neff said he would review everything and have a treatment plan at the next appointment. After cancelling due to the out of network issue, Dr. Neffs office called and said they would be happy to recommend someone who is in my network to get the care i need. Very suprising and classy.
