We had a little confusion with Wright's Driving School and our teen, Jake the manager reached out to us personally and helped us to understand the process, took out time and showed his care and concern. We appreciate such customer care and would refer to Wright's Driving School anytime.

We love the experience we’ve had with Wright driving school. We found out about them through my daughter’s school and very glad we did. The driving instructors, Linda and Marnie, were awesome. They’re super nice and showed that they truly care about each student through their individualized teachings. Would definitely recommend them.

The in-class instructor (Kylie) does a really good job at giving hands-on practice, and repeating back exercises that help with memorization.

Kylie was super helpful in making the material easy to remember. She made us repeat what the phrases “IPDE” and “SMOG” stand for consistently, which made it easy to remember on the test. Overall, she was an amazing help :)

My instructor Jeff Hakala (I think I spelled that right) was super chill. He was helpful and good with instructions. Whenever I would get stressed or confused on a drive he would be very good at explaining how to get somewhere. 10/10 would recommend scheduling drives with him.

I had Jake for my first instructor and it went great!! I felt very comfortable and had 5 star service. He got my next drive scheduled in advance right away! Thx Jake!!!

We did have a problem at the DMV with my sons classroom hours not being entered into the system by Wright driving. We weren’t sure if he was gonna be able to get his license. Thankfully the manager Jake got a hold of us in time to get the hours downloaded into the system. We were able to get my sons license and enjoy our day!!

Efficient way for my 16 yo to get his license. The instructors and manager know the process well, and guided my son through. Communication was easy through the website chat. Well worth the money, and he didn’t have to use a whole semester of school for driver's education.

At first I was a little nervous about going through the process of getting my license. but after my last two drives with Jake, I was sure that I would pass on the first go. Her 3 drives with an instructor were put in the DMV system right away and they went over and beyond to help her get her license before homecoming. The independent tester they recommend for the final drive test was patient, calming and explained everything so well. He really made taking the final road test so much less scary. Milo wouldn't help until 9am (it was 8:47am) so we couldn’t even get the license and had to reschedule with DMV !! The reading would take my daughter 15 minutes, but after several waster hours and a customer service call she found that she was required to move her cursor every 3 minutes for 2 hours per section in order to keep the system from logging her out due to inactivity. Our first drive was cancelled without any communication. We sat at our assigned location with another family, also waiting, for 45 minutes. I left voicemails, sent facebook messages, texts and emails and never got a response, ever. We were told when we signed up that the price included all testing, however, that proved to be untrue. The lack of professionalism alone should shut this place down. I wish I had read current reviews. We were repeat customers since we had such a great experience here with our oldest. This definitely changed my mind and I will not be shy to share how horrific our experience was. Less

I was told my son didn't have to pay for the test since he did the online class though the online business... but I had to pay $20 In advance to wight for him to take the test .....then thay said they would smit it to the dmv in the morning welll my son had a appointment at the dmv at 2:30 and they still haven't smitted it over so while I was at the dmv I had to call over 10 times before someone answered the phone even the lady at the dmv tried to call and didn't get an answer ....then after 20 min someone return my call I told him that I needed him to smit my sons test over to the dmv he asked me for his permit number and then put me on hold for an additional 10 minutes when he told me that he sent them over I told him thank you and before I could finish saying anything else to him he hung up on me ......I found that very unprofessional and rude and will tell everyone I know not to got through this driving school!!!! I watched my daughter drive off with the instructor not wearing a mask and when she came back from her drive he still did not have a mask on. I asked her if he wore one at all during the drive, and she said no. If they don't protect your child from virus, how well could they be protecting them in the car? I was told "due to covid exposure" when I called to find out why the drives were cancelled. I was NEVER told they were cancelled for weather, nor was there bad weather on her scheduled drive days. My daughter finished the class in July. We were told to schedule the final proctorred exam. We contacted them multiple times by phone and email. We NEVER received a response. After never receiving a response, we finally thought maybe the online final counted. That is until she went to the DMV to actually get her license and we were told her class wasn't complete. Their practice is set up in such a way that it manipulates and scams their clients. They’re not clear about their location or requirements. Yet they are still clear that they charge money if you do not get there on time.

My 16 years old son took the Driver Ed course through Herriman High School program. We paid $160, He took all the trainings and everything. The driver school has arranged him a road test(with no additional cost to us) and passed it with in 2 months. He is 16, we spent $160 and he got the license. I really hope this school review their core values and increase their service quality. Less

Overall we had a decent experience with the class. However, the amount of time required to stay on each page is much too long for good readers. Our subscription expired, my daughter had 80% complete. We asked for a 2 day extension but they are requiring payment of another $60. I would not recommend this class for kids that are familiar with online learning and are good readers.

The Online Class is convenient for teenagers. The Drives and Observations for my kid was good. The driving instructor made driving on a busy interstate easy and showed him how to park. After taking the driving course, my kid felt confident to drive more than he did before. Thanks Wright Driving School!

My daughter just completed her online course and drives with Wright, and the process was very smooth and MUCH more convenient than my older daughter who did her driver's ed at a local public school. Would highly recommend!

Can I give ZERO stars? Seriously. We set up the proctored written exam to be taken at the local high school. I found out afterwards that they had him get into the backseat of the car and take the "proctored" written exam while someone was learning how to drive. So unprofessional. I called and was told BY THE MANAGER that this is how they run their business. Completely unacceptable.

I wish I would've read the reviews. They don't teach the student's how to drive. They have the "Parents teach for the safety of the driver" and then they observe how your student is doing. It is a joke. When I did call to get my money back they hung up on me.

waited forever to do my drives. I thought I’d get my license fast but they take forever. If I could go back in time I’d do a different school and do that one instead of this one. please don’t do it unless you want to wait forever.

Milo was so great to work with to schedules my daughters drives. Her schedule is jam packed and he took the time to make sure we had everything done by the birthday. I appreciated the extra time and understanding he gave to our situation.

I schedule my drive at the end of May and they didn’t put it in the computer so I had to call and schedule it again and I didn’t take my first drive until the end of July. I would suggest doing it through another program
