I really love how everything discussed is backed up by supporting photos, whether there is an issue with it or not. Going through the report feels like you’re actually there with Chuck as he explains and SHOWS you everything. The thing I like the most is that it’s a digital report with pdf available for download/print. This makes it great for future use as all the information about the home and its components are easily accessible (This already came in extremely handy when I was purchasing insurance and needed all the information about the house, building materials, etc). Chuck was also available and very quick to respond to any questions I had. I reached out to him a week or so later, confused about how some basic electricity components work and not knowing who to ask, and had a response from him within an hour! I wasn’t even sure if he would respond because my questions didn’t pertain to HIS work as an inspector at all. All in all Chucks work surpassed our expectations in every way possible. This is definitely a company that goes the extra mile and takes great pride in their work! For the level of quality and detail we received, I really feel like we should have paid a lot more than what Impressive charged us! Less
