I bought products for my apartment for the cabinets and the counter top and it just wasn’t as good as I expected. The cabinets were crookked. The sink had extra space on the edges. And the guy didn’t understand one word I was saying when I repeadly told him not to take off the parts for the microwave and he broke all of it and trashed it
We took the measurement and design to another cabinet places to compare the prices, and we found out the measurements and design were inaccurate and was not going to work for the layout we had.

I&E Cabinets did an excellent job redoing my LA condo rental. I could not have been happier with the results and the service. They provided excellent design services, great communication and they stand by their work and product. You will not be disappointed if you use this company.

Asked for insurance info many x may have to hire attorney ugh! Old; Sales misleading. We had to pay 20 k for quoted 16,7k 1300 was our over for proper countertops. Scheduler won't listen, can't. I asked to schedule only when the cabinets were ready and they kept pressuring me to schedule a date even if they didn’t know the cabinets would be ready. I expressed that installation involves closing of my office and planning patient’s treatments. When the cabinets were installed some things were not done correctly. They had difficulty scheduling another day to fix it and I was given a call by the manager, saying I need to pay even if the job wasn’t finished. The cabinets look fine but I think the process could have been done a lot more professionally and respectfully towards their customers. Less

It's our luck that we did. The quality of I & E millwork and craftsmanship is striking-- on par with any kitchens featured in Architectural Digest or BHG and the high end kitchen design shops. It is high-end custom work for do-able cost. And it's also your people who for us make a difference. Everyone is great, but specifically I want to mention: Dave is a gem-- his knowledge, insight, and personality is unique-- and gave a lot of time, and several visits. We appreciated it (he sealed the deal for us). Ed was very generous with his time and knowledge-- very responsive with emails and such. Silvia was a great liaison to all the elements. The demo team was great. And lastly, Hugo, our installer, is incredibly talented and did a beautiful job. We believe in life that the quality of business relationships is not measured by the times when everything goes right and is perfect, but the times of triage and problem solving. We had a few minor adjustments and unexpected punch-list items. We noticed and appreciated how you handled quickly and responsively. We just had our kitchen completely remodeled by I&E Cabinets and we are thrilled with the results. It is so much better than we even expected and the job went very well. We remodeled our kitchen and wanted to keep as many of our original cabinets as we could. Since we got new appliances and extended the island, we needed to try to match the new cabinets with the old. I&E Cabinets produced gorgeous cabinets and drawers for us. Finally our kitchen looked the way I dreamed it could.

I am a tenant of South Scattered Sites Public Housing. Harry H. Joh Construction Company in Paramount Calif contracted I & E Cabinets to make the countertops and cabinets. The BackSplash is not lined up right and there is to much silicone in some areas They tryed to fix it and it looks even worser. Otherwise the Cabinets and countertops are nice. Thanks Marie
Submitted an inquiry and was contacted almost immediately. Set up an appointment but they were a NO SHOW. I called to follow up and they said they would come but that they needed to call back but never called back. Very unprofessional in my opinion
