I had the absolute worst experience from my taxes to the apartment approval package. The communication from beginning to end was absolutely horrible. I should’ve took that as a sign but she had amazing reviews so I thought it was a slow start but honey it all went down hill. I was given different refund amounts until I had to reach out for clarification and then my taxes was processed as a check instead of direct deposit as I requested. The person who processed my taxes had no remorse she just basically said I’ll get a check so that’s that. THEN my apartment package POC was the worst business POC in the world. I would literally have to write in the group text with the business owner in order to get a reply from the girl. I would text her repeatedly and no response until the group text. Then she NEVER sent me any proof that she submitted my application after she told me she would. It took MONTHS to get a “response” from the apartment so she “said” she refunded my application but till this day the damn girl never sent me my money. She gave me the run around day after day..oh next week cause my job then the next week come I HAD TO REACH OUT and she’s like I was tired I’ll send it tomorrow. Lmao as a business owner who tells your client oh I’m tired I’ll send your money tomorrow like WHAT and she still didn’t send it the next day so I called it a loss. I’m not chasing you down about my money. Karma is a….so I’ll let Karma handle her. I lost $850 smdh I would absolutely not recommend one soul to this business. Less

Horrible place they are a scam dont spend your money with them beware!!..they are theives, liars and scam artist and your score will not go up (maybe only a couple of points).and also when you see your scores dont go up they will NOT give you a refund

My wife and I paid to have our credit expunged in January of this year. It has been 8 months and my credit score only increased 30 points. This company advertised that they expunge credit which has not been done. Some items were deleted but I have a ton still remaining. I received zero credit coaching like advertised. Only after I messaged them on the portal because my scores were not moving. I received a text to sign up for self, loqbox, etc. At this time it was months that went by. No phone calls during these 8 months. The only time I heard from anyone is through the portal telling me letters have been sent and when my identity q was giving an error message. Now, I receive a message that this is the last round and I have to pay $100 a month for their services. You haven’t even did what you promise. My credit isn’t expunged . When I signed up I was told 45-60 days and it’s been 8 months and my credit has not been expunged. If I knew that all you do is send letters out I would’ve saved my money. I can send out my own letters for free. Just very disappointing and misleading. Less

They blamed me for not keeping my identityIq account valid through extra year of waiting while not receiving results. (If there was a rise to our credit it would have been more validated) They have not rectified the situation or even tried to expedite their negligence in the beginning. I would not recommend them.
