If I could give zero stars I would. This lady took $600 from me and did no work. No letters were ever received by the credit bureaus, no pending disputes are showing and I received no letters confirming certified mail was sent to the credit bureau. When questioned she was more concerned about a refund and her business reputation than actual customer service. It will never take 90-120 days for disputes to show pending. I posted a Facebook review. She then took screenshots of her internal files showing my personal information. She is unprofessional and refuses to acknowledge when she is wrong. Declines feedback and her response is well I have been doing this for 4 years and I have never received negative complaint. Blocking customers, only highlighting positive reviews and ignoring negative feedback is not professional. Please note no disputes are in progress. To dare question her is a no no. Don’t do it! You will always receive correspondence or confirmation when a dispute is in progress. A professional of 4 years who states that suddenly correspondence is hit or miss is full of it. The letters were never received by all 3 credit bureaus. Not one but all 3! Rather than acknowledge an error on her behalf she chose to claim that I just need my money back and I’m she can’t confirm if Letters were received. I filed a complaint with my bank. She is a scam artist. Edit: This woman never refunded my money and I never received a penny. 🙏 Another lie. I did file a scam claim with cash app. Results are expected after two weeks??… more lies. 🙏 Notice she doesn’t refute my claims that the letters were never received and no disputes are in progress. Not only did she take my money and do no work after I made the dispute she stated she would be going to her bank with the contract. This is the worst credit repair person I have ever encountered. She is beyond reproach and unorganized and yes.. you stole my money. I will leave a negative review everywhere I see your name. You can dismiss me via text but I will let others know so that they aren’t robbed of $598 to be exact. I filed a fraud claim as I was defrauded by you. You are a scam artist. Less

Kee is very understanding. Everybody always wants fast results in a short little of time. She does her best to get you those results and she sends emails every 45 days. She also outlines all things in her contract that you need To know. She is very transparent with business and very authentic. Kee keep doing what you’re doing. You can’t make everyone happy.
