Just a little history here, 2013 Hyundai Sonata bought in 2019 from a Hyundai dealer. This car had a defective air conditioning system from day one. The dealer agreed to fix it as a condition of sale. The first time dealer repair lasted about 3 hours till the next failure. Since that time, the car was returned to the dealer multiple times, with each subsequent repair lasting a few weeks at best. I was even told by the dealer, that it was looked at by a specialist air conditioning company. After repeated wiring repairs, a used compressor and other parts were installed by the dealer, none of which solved the problem. At this point, I gave up on dealer service, and took the car to Binbrook Auto and Tire. For the record, I have been taking all my used cars there for service, but figured this problem might stump even them, especially since the dealer had had many tries to fix the problem. After about an hour and a half, they had the problem diagnosed, and about an hour and half after that, the problem was finally repaired, and the system now runs properly. I can’t say enough about how good these guys actually are. They managed to diagnose, and fix, an issue that had my car at the dealer for 10 to 15 days, all attempts combined. Binbrook had the car for all of 3 to 4 hours. You guys ROCK !! Full disclosure - The dealer provided me with a brand new Sant Fe during each of their service attempts, as courtesy transportation. That being said, if they were as good as the guys at Binbrook Auto and Tire, the dealer would have been out a couple of cold drinks from their waiting room, instead of a couple of thousand kilometre wear and tear on a new loaner vehicle ;) Kevin Slark Less

After replacing the entire exhaust system and replacing a fan motor resistor sensor, the truck runs as well as when it was new and with ice cold air blowing inside. It used to be a great place- I've dealt with them for years. It was sold by a wonderful owner to a new wonderful owner, but he became ill and had to sell. I'm very unimpressed with the people now running it. Just the other day Paul and his crew went completely out of their way to help me get my in-laws new truck in tip top shape for a long trip 3000km drive home. They purchased a used truck and had everything saftied and ready to go at another location. But my gut told me that i just had to have my guy paul take a look at it before they left just to make sure. Im so glad i did. This truck should have not passed safty. I saw this first hand when paul had the truck in the air and showed me what actually passes theses days from guys who will go out of their way just to put a car on the road with duct tape if they could just make a sale. By the time paul finished his "legit" safty i was blown away at what could have happened if i had of let my inlaws take it as it from the dealer. The truck needed a lot of work. They completely busted their ass to get this done on time. And i cant thanks them enough. When I brought the truck to Paul it was a not worth the headache to bring it back to the dealer.
