From there, I was still hearing them in the walls as well as they were getting inside. They took time out of his day to come to our rescue. He would be at my apartment setting traps on the weekend, and every morning. He was very dedicated to solving our problem which was greatly appreciated. Not only did he devote his life to help me he also got a hazmat suit and went into our crawl space to examine our rat problem even more! In total we caught 10 large rats. All because of Majestic! On the day of the appointment, Tony Cirello, the company’s owner, repeatedly stated he was coming to the extermination appointment and he was a no show. Read on to obtain more details. I drove hours to arrive in time for the 2 pm appointment. As requested, at about 1:30 pm I called Tony to let him know the tenants and I were at the house to provide entry. Tony then informed me that his morning job was more complex than he anticipated and thus he would come at 5 pm before going to his midtown Manhattan appointment. At 6 pm I called Tony again to obtain his estimated time of arrival. Tony said, he was leaving his Manhattan and on his way to my Queens appointment. Without informing me, Tony had bypassed my appointment rescheduled for 5 pm and went to Manhattan. At 8 pm I called Tony again and this time there was no answer. Minutes later, I received the following text from him. “Hi, sorry had to run home an [sic] I’m exhausted we will need to pick another day my apologies” Instead of rescheduling with Majestic Pest Control, Inc, I contacted another extermination company, who respected my time and that of the tenants; thus, they arrived as promised at the scheduled time. Apparently mice were getting in my home and one must’ve died in the wall. I needed assistance to get rid of the mice and the maggots caused by the decaying mouse. I've used Majestic for a couple of years now and could not be happier with their service. I went through a number of pest control "experts" from the big companies to smaller ones and the results always left much to be desired. They know the layout of my store and know where to focus on, giving special attention, while also making sure to cover the rest as well. Absolute proffesionals , I called on tuesday , and David was here the next Day (wednesday) , He was very detailed about what he was gonna do , Took his Time in making sure i got the best Quality service , Extremely hard worker , and it was Money well spent . Cant wait to see u again David !!!!

They were wonderful. My call was returned 10 minutes after leaving a message and they had someone at my house within the hour. I can not recommend this company enough. They are reliable, thorough and very honest. They will do what is needed and are very fair on their pricing. Excellent, excellent company.
